It's awesome to see people using the threadcasts, this is a great way to engage and earn, and keep our interactions in the Blockchain

It is a great utility. A nice feature to utilize. So much potential.

Any place that accepts bitcoin also accepts the HIVE network. I love paying at shops with V4V + Keychain combo

Hive is going to be the basis for blockchain AI. It is a decentralized database.

Hive is leading the democratization of data.

Have you seen the AI image generator on @peakd ? You can create awesome images using a bunch of different image generation engines for a few cents; no subscription required.

Micropayments for goods and services is huge! and it's on HIVE

There is a lot of people that takes what Hive is capable to for granted. Hivers rarely go outside of Hive, but it would be a good experience for them to appreciate what RC means

Just got on

What's the current status of SPK Network? Is it still being worked on?

We already have tons of traction. The coming rollouts of LEOAI, VSC, SPK Network can likely blow the top

One of my favorite uses for HIVE is this infinite beer glitch I found. I'll only share it with this select group:

That's a nice loop :) Thanks for sharing 😉

How could Hive be more exposed in our country? Like getting included in the tokens traded in coins.ph?

Do what I do. Use HIVE at places that accept Bitcoin by using your @keychain to pay. It's an easy way to expose people to HIVE.

A very early version of "web 3 Fiverr" is Open Genie on HIVE. It's a marketplace that connects projects with workers (designers, developers, editors...). Another huge use case that needs to be developed further.

As an experiment, I hired someone to write a haiku for me. Paid 10 HIVE.

That's awesome! I didn't even know of its existence.

This early version is pretty good. It needs to be developed further and promoted by the users more. It has HUGE potential.

Hope whoever launched it will continue to develop it and more people will learn about it, thanks to you for bringing it to our attention today :)

It will be interesting to see how it will use the data we have onchain.

PROJECTS will drive Hive blockchain’s value. Projects that solve a problem and that need lots of RCs. They will buy up tons of HIVE to power up and the price appreciation will attract lots of individual users to HIVE.

The flywheel will be in motion.

Oooo, @taskmaster4450 is opening a can of worms for some Hive maximalists that do not want AI adding content to the blockchain. Can he change their minds?

(Edited)

Thats a fact @taskmaster4450! More tech preneurs, youtubers, etc are already preferring Perplexity search over Google. I hear it all the time

Perplexity has done a good job with that. They are entering the search game in a large way.

There are no thresholds to meet before you start earning as well.

We technically own our own data, so should AI models be opt in only and pay those who opt in for their data?

0

avatar

How do you own your data?

0

avatar

Well, as long as it is public, then we really don't, but should. Though, then there's copyright, which Hive Maximalists seem to be pretty big on

Sure, lunch posts are OK, but useful, valuable, educational content deserves the most votes and tips.

If it is an upbit pump, give it time.

Their history is what goes up, goes back down.

Yes, we need to share information people search for to learn about destinations, how to content and other stuff that teaches them something

And They'll probably want more HP to earn more in curation, in theory

Ouch! Hope Truer comes to Hive and he won't worry about losing his content or getting kicked out.

Yes, soon as my hive and Leo post automatically post to X, Facebook, YouTube!

I can leave for good! Just want a way for my peeps to find me!

That's cool! Do share how you would do it :)

The hybrid system I created at ureka.org for Steem used to cross post from Steem to Twitter - but it no longer exists. I lacked resources to keep it going. It's not really hard to do .

I would delegate to this!

0

Thanks! I spent 7 years creating Ureka on my own using open source code.. but then it got delisted by Google. After that I explored Steem and put quite a bit of time linking Ureka to Steem.. but after the fork I just gave up as it was too time consuming for too little reward.

X is not even remotely a free speech platform. It's a scam for people who don't think deeply enough to see what it really does.

Brainstorming what niche Im going to focus on for this new data-only account. That is a kick-ass idea to feed quality data! I'll probably go in the history lane.

user feedback is one of the primary tools that's missing on hive as a whole - as i pointed out via the strategizer proposal. it's needed both to improve and market hive, but also to measure the value of any data stored too.

unfortunately, the hive cops would downvote accounts that 'plagiarised' content from web 2 and that received upvotes

Use the LEO rewards pool and focus on that instead, it doesn’t happen here

0

Yes L2 is the solution for this long term, but as soon as a token becomes valuable and some large holders want to play cop then this is a risk. L2s are definitely more capable of handling this than L1.. but for the moment, L1 has the market cap.

LEO’s MCAP is going to catch up pretty fast this bull market

Comparing our tech and adoption to how it was last bull Market

Hive is a great database and will always be a great database. Rewards at the L2 are the path forward

Great to hear. I'm partway through a long blog that specs out a cohesive design for L2s on Hive that upgrades the features I've seen so far across all projects, to include extra ones that will make the L2s resistant to attack, plus more attractive to end users. 👍

AI vs AI. Whoever is fed with lots of data wins :)

Encryption on Hive is the next necessary step. It's required in order to have true freedom of speech, since that requires freedom of association - which requires privacy. I'll be posting a plan to do this to Hive soon.

0

avatar

Agreed. Blockchain in general requires privacy. That is one key difference between the old server system...

Most data is not for public viewing.

0

Yes, I have a design that will fill in the gaps in Hive's security and features that will make it possible to have nuke-proof L2 communities. :)

So that's what enterprise-level data is. We see some of them on threads :)
