In general things are stable-ish at the moment. A bit of a setback lately with a psoriasis flare involving multiple dr visits and emergency roof repair. Otherwise doing as well as possible. How are you?

Glad to hear it's kind of stable!
Got a dog a week ago, so quite hectic with not enough sleep. Quite busy at work as well as projects need to be finished before the holidays. But once the holidays are there, stuff will calm down a bit.
