Solana Pay is a thing. How about using HBD?

Solana Pay now integrates with Shopify as a payment option: https://solana.com/news/solana-pay-shopify

This means Shopify merchants now have a new, snazzy payment option. Initially, you can pay with USDC, but hopefully more cryptos are on the horizon. See other news on this

With this arrangement, Solana Pay promises to reduce bank fees, eliminate holding times, and offer instant payment settlements.

It is a good thing that Solana is making some inroads on this, it paves the way for other worthy cryptocurrencies to get adopted.

Is there a chance HBD might join in anytime? The problem I see is that there is no active body to actively push for such integration with a corporation like Shopify.

If so, that is exciting times for online shopping! And for Hive!

Solana seems to have more corporate support after venture capitalists have made certain risks do not compromise their bottom line. I think a large enough business would like assurances nothing goes wrong. So for HBD to rise a payment integration, someone who was corporate but also on HIVE could be that liaison.

It's nice to see but I wonder if Solana is a great choice or not. It was mixed in with FTX at some point and I hope everything goes well.

I think it's a good progress for Solana, Shopify is a huge e-commerce gaint. And with more crypto payments integration, the more options there is for both merchants and consumers. Instant payment settlements will be a big advantage.

Lack of marketing is not letting the world know about the benefits they can have using HBD or keeping HBD.
