The best part of Hive was 20% interest in HBD Savings, now its 15% in interest.

They never said it'll be like that forever... And you also could support Witnesses that still want it to be 20% (or become a witness yourself) but I guess there aren't many of them right now.

Probably there are witnesses that can bring back the 20% interest , maybe all they need is our votes

HBD savings interest rate should be restored to 20% again. Because in bull cycle most of the user will convert their HBD into HIVE with a hope that it could moon any time, so let's see how many stays in HBD during such time.

iF the altcoins season starts, probably people would sell their hive to buy HBD , maybe that will make the interest rate go back up again

But how come this has to change 💔 I think it would have been nice way of keeping all my bank money although I still compare and see interest but 20% would have been awesome and perfect

I remember that time man, and my vision was to accumulate, a couple weeks before I attempted to start the savings they dropped it and my fear that it'll drop further has made me pause

I just went to check HBD and thanks to this thread I've now noticed the whole savings thing. 20 percent down to 15 percent. Is this because of the value of Hive or authorities just decided to change it?

That would have been perfect passive income. If I had to switch any coin like BTC I would have switched it to HBD and then save em. I hope it gets back

The only reason I'll still think it's ok is because it's better than banks and Treasury but I hope the increase it. Stable coins are a safe haven for me

I wish it is not reduced further otherwise HBD saving will not look lucrative. And HBD is very very pivotal in Hive economy.

I love the stable coins concept of this and the savings. Maybe can I pitch an idea for Leo team to make a stable coin and a savings or that's a bad idea? So they can keep it at 20%
