Oh man I feel like I'm in limbo with photography lately. Spring here in Georgia but so far it has been incredibly overcast and rainy. Heading to Armenia soon though, getting very excited to get back into photography more there where it's a bit more sunny and summer will start rolling in.

Despite the weather I've been testing a few new styles out with my Helios 44-2 lens. Really running for that anamorphic look, but you need some strong light to pull out those highlights to get that sweet swirly bokeh.

Actually this reminds me, I have several rolls of 35mm film I never posted here!

It's general, friend. Here in Portugal, the sun should be shining brightly, but it's been grey and rainy. Other times, also photographable.

Yes, for anamorphic lenses you need a great contrast of light for the (beautiful) effect to take effect.

About the analog, I'm looking forward to seeing it. I often post some on the C/Analog (FILM) Photog community.
