Tier List w/ Explanation

This tier list is a combination of strength, use, and format/ranked viability. Link here

S Tier: This is a card that is strong in multiple archtypes and decks and even by itself both in and outside of standard.

A Tier: Very strong and synergizes with one or multiple existing archetypes in a strong way, maybe even a tad too strong (hard to say yet for many of these). You'll see this a lot but they won't be AS crammed into every deck as S tier.

B Tier: Good enough, either archetypally or in a vacuum. I also put a lot of tech here that are GOOD tech cards but not so good overall outside of the specific scenario you are teching for. You will see these cards get some use but not as much as A, nor as strong.

C Tier: Memey shit people will probably shine up for dailies but aren't going to see much high tier/ competitive deckbuilding use.

D tier: You will never see this played

Shining/Formats: A Factor

Keep in mind chat this list also factors in formats and shine. I know some of you put a lot of the C tier category in D or B in C but considering standard is a format with only the most modern sets and these cards will be abundantly easy to shine up for dp2e aswell that is why some stuff like the 8/4 hidden that costs 7 mana is a C instead of a D. Make sense? Let's move on.

Talking Tidbits/ Closing

At the end of the day it's anybody's guess as to what people will play and what will happen, but my last tower of dread list was kindof accurate as far as use/power level (notice dread lord in every single format deck almost?). But GP changes and etc. could change things drastically. I'm probably not too far off the ball this time either like the other times. There is a lot less "Oh god this is such a powercreep" cards like Dread Awakening etc. so that's nice. I look forward to playing this miniset. Thanks for the continued support everyone, you all rock!
