A Sunday made special with My Daughter’s Favorite Cream Cheesecake

Hello friends!
Today I want to share a little happy moment from my home. This Sunday, I made my younger daughter’s favorite dessert and turned our day into something really special.
Whenever my daughter gets a craving for sweets, she comes running to me and says, “Mumma, cheesecake bana do!” And honestly, I love it. I make it in my own simple style, and just like that, I win her heart again .

The best thing about cheesecake is that it doesn’t need too many ingredients and it’s very easy to make. So here’s how I prepare it at home.

𝙄𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨
Nutrichoice biscuits – 1 1/2 packet
Butter – 4-5 tablespoons (melted)
Milk – 1 litre
Vinegar – 1–2 teaspoons
Fresh cream – ½ cup
Dark chocolate – ½ cup (chopped)
Milk (for chocolate) – 2–3 tablespoons

𝙈𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙙𝙨 (𝙎𝙩𝙚𝙥 𝙗𝙮 𝙎𝙩𝙚𝙥)
𝙎𝙩𝙚𝙥 1 : Prepare the biscuit base
First, crush the Nutrichoice biscuits into a fine powder.

Add melted butter to the biscuit powder and mix well.

Press this mixture evenly at the bottom of a bowl mould.

Keep it aside or place it in the fridge for a few minutes to set.
𝙎𝙩𝙚𝙥 2 : 𝙈𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙛𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙝 𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙢 𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙚𝙨𝙚
Heat the milk and add vinegar to curdle it.
Once the milk splits, strain it using a seive to separate the cheese.

Wash the cheese with clean water to remove sour taste.
Now grind this fresh cheese with fresh cream until smooth and creamy.

𝙎𝙩𝙚𝙥 3: 𝘼𝙙𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙢 𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙚𝙨𝙚 𝙡𝙖𝙮𝙚𝙧
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the biscuit base.

Place it in the fridge for setting.

𝙎𝙩𝙚𝙥 4: 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙘𝙤𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙡𝙖𝙮𝙚𝙧
Melt dark chocolate using a microwave with butter and a little milk to make it smooth and shiny.

Step 5: Final layer and setting
Pour the melted chocolate over the cream cheese layer.

Sprinkle some crushed biscuits on top for decoration.
Keep it in the fridge for a few hours until it sets properly.

Your cheesecake is ready to eat

For me cooking is not just about making food, it’s about making memories. This simple cream cheesecake may not be perfect, but it is made with love, and that is what matters the most. Seeing my daughter enjoy every bite and smile happily makes my heart feel full.
Little moments like these — a homemade dessert, a quiet Sunday, and a child’s happiness — are what make life truly sweet. I hope this easy recipe brings the same warmth and smiles to your home too.
