[ENG/DEU] Edit/Update/Stop for the 'CCD Repurchase & Burn Campaign' in its Actual Style to Avoid Downvotes

A dear supporter, whose name I will not mention in order to keep him away from a potential battlefield, sent me a private message yesterday and pointed out that the CCD Repurchase & Burn campaign in its current form will not be accepted by some Hivians.

Ein lieber Unterstützer, dessen Name ich nicht nennen mag, um ihn von einem eventuellen Schlachtfeld fernzuhalten, hat mir gestern eine private Nachricht gesendet und mir aufgezeigt, dass die CCD Repurchase & Burn Kampagne in der bisherigen Form von manchen Hivians nicht akzeptiert werden wird.

Accordingly, I must discontinue the campaign in its current form. But let me explain:

In a post on Hive and the comments below it—I won't name this well-known author, as it is not in my interest to publicly put a boo-man on a pedestal—I realized that the campaign in its current form will not be accepted by some Hive users.

Dementsprechend muss ich die Kampagne in der jetzigen Form einstellen. Aber lasst mich erklären:

In einem Posting auf Hive und den Kommentaren darunter - auch diesen, wohl bekannten, Author nenne ich nicht, da es nicht in meinem Interesse ist, einen Buh-Mann öffentlich auf das Podest zu stellen -habe ich feststellen müssen, dass die Kampagne in der aktuellen Form von manchen Hive Usern nicht akzeptiert werden wird.

The crux of the matter:

It is not acceptable to advertise the creation of posts whose explicit goal is to use Hive rewards to support the economy of a Hive project.

Fine. When it comes to the arguments of those who oppose this, I could again argue from a subjective perspective and find that, objectively speaking, I can justify my campaign. But that doesn't matter. What matters are the possible knee-jerk reactions of some Hivians.

Der Kern des Umstands:

Es wird nicht akzeptiert, wenn damit geworben wird, Postings zu erstellen, dessen explizites Ziel es ist, Hive-Rewards zu nutzen, um damit die Ökonomie eines Hive-Projekts zu unterstützen.

Gut. Bei der Argumentation der Nicht-Befürworter könnte ich wieder aus subjektiver Perspektive argumentieren und finde, objektiv gesehen, dass ich damit meine Kampagne vertretbar machen kann. Aber das zählt nicht. Was zählt, sind die eventuell Schnellschüsse mancher Hivians.

Accordingly:

I am still interested in purchasing and burning CCD. However, there will no longer be posts saying “Your votes contribute to a buyback.” I will continue to buy back, burn, and report on CCD, but the focus of the articles will be different. And I will not advertise it.

And while we're taking CryptoCompany out of the firing line, I will also change the ticket allocation for the daily prize draw. Because: it could also be viewed critically if I say “Vote for this article and have a chance to win.” Since I cannot publicly announce or advertise such a thing, I will also edit the ticket allocation.

Furthermore, I will not create a list of mentions of who may have any winning tickets due to their support. This could also be interpreted as a form of spam. And while we're at it, making CryptoCompany's posts as unassailable as possible, I will refrain from doing so as well.

These three measures will take some of the wind out of the campaign if one wanted to continue it. But continuing in the form of the last two days is hereby canceled anyway.

However, since I am wired to use “setbacks” to my advantage, I will report more on progress and developments related to CryptoCompany in the future. This will be the content of upcoming posts - not “Vote here and blah blah blah.” In the end, better communication will help a healthy CCCEO economy more than “Vote here and I'll burn tokens” articles. With that in mind...

Ich habe weiterhin Interesse CCD anzukaufen und zu verbrennen. Aber es wird die Posts "Deine Votes tragen zu einem Rückkauf bei" in der Form nicht mehr geben. Ich werde weiterhin CCD zurückkaufen, verbrennen und darüber berichten, aber der Fokus der Artikel wird A) ein Anderer sein. Und B) werde ich damit nicht werben.

Und da wir gerade dabei sind, CryptoCompany aus dem Schussfeld zu nehmen, werde ich im gleichen Atemzug auch die Ticketvergabe für das tägliche Gewinnspiel verändern. Denn: es könnte ebenfalls kritisch gesehen werden, wenn ich sage "Vote diesen Artikel und habe die Chance auf einen Gewinn". Da ich einen solchen weder öffentlich kundtun kann oder bewerben, werde ich die Ticketvergabe ebenfalls editieren.

Weiterhin werde ich keine Liste mit Mentions erstellen, wer durch seine Unterstützung eventuell irgendwelche Gewinntickets hat. Auch dies könnte als eine Art Spam interpretiert werden. Und da wir gerade dabei sind, die Postings von CryptoCompany möglichst unangreifbar zu machen, werde ich dies ebenfalls unterlassen.

Diese 3 Maßnahmen werden etwas Wind aus der Aktion nehmen, wenn man diese Aktion fortführen wöllte. Aber die Fortführung in der Form der letzten 2 Tage ist hiermit ja eh abgesagt.

Da ich aber so gepolt bin, "Rückschläge" zu meinem Vorteil zu nutzen, werde ich zukünftig mehr über Fortschritte und Entwicklungen in Bezug auf CryptoCompany berichten. Dies wir der Inhalt kommender Postings sein - und nicht "Vote hier und bla bla bla". Am Ende wird eine bessere Kommunikation einer gesunden CCCEO-Ökonomie mehr helfen als "Vote hier und ich verbrenne Token"-Artikel. In diesem Sinne...

What happens next:

Accordingly, with regard to winning tickets: “I will award tickets to supporters of CryptoCompany.” A vote is no longer mandatory. If you vote for CryptoCompany articles or support CryptoCompany in other ways, this will certainly bring you to my attention and I will give you a winning ticket as a token of my gratitude. But there is no guarantee that I will convert your votes or anything else, such as comments, HP delegations, or whatever, into tickets. Just be as diverse a supporter of CryptoCompany as possible and you'll be fine. Supporters of CryptoCompany, regardless of the form this takes, will receive tickets.

However, I think it makes sense to buy back CCD—but I will not explicitly use CryptoCompany's posting rewards for this, but rather income from dividends, private funds, or, if feasible, other miscellaneous funds. In any case, votes on CryptoCompany articles will not be directly converted into buybacks. To be transparent and open, they do, of course, support the buyback, as higher posting rewards free up funds elsewhere to finance buybacks.

Wie geht es weiter:

Dementsprechend lautet in Bezug auf Gewinntickets: "Ich vergebe Ticket an Unterstützer von CryptoCompany". Ein Vote ist nicht länger zwingend notwendig. Wenn du Artikel von CryptoCompany votest oder CryptoCOmpany anderweitig unterstützt, dann wird dich dies sicherlich in mein Blickfeld bringen und dir aus Dank ein Gewinnticket geben. Aber es gibt keine Garantie, dass ich deine Votes oder irgendetwas anderes wie Kommentare, HP-Delegationen oder was auch immer in Tickets umwandele. Sei einfach ein mäglichst vielfältiger Unterstützer von CryptoCompany und gut ist. Unterstützer von CryptoCompany, egal in welcher Form dies passiert, erhalten Tickets.

Ich finde es aber sinnvoll, wenn ich CCD zurückkaufe - werde dazu aber nicht explizit die Posting-Rewards von CryptoCompany nutzen, sondern Einkommen aus Dividenden, private Mittel oder, sofern machbar, weitere diverse Mittel. In jedem Fall: die Votes auf CryptoCompany-Artikel werden nicht direkt in Rückkaufaktionen umgewandelt. Um transparent und offen zu sein: sie unterstützen den Rückkauf aber natürlich, da höhere Posting-Rewards Mittel an anderer Stelle freimachen, um Rückkäufe zu finanzieren.

Accordingly:

I will continue to report on buybacks daily and continue to hold a prize draw. However: Rewards will not be used directly for token buybacks or to award prize tickets as “rewards” for votes.

As we discovered yesterday, the Wheel of Fortune, with around 100 fields, is too much for my weak laptop to render smoothly. Accordingly, I have already created a new drawing mechanism in the form of a slot machine. However, it is not yet finished. Therefore, we will have to make do with the Wheel of Fortune again today. But since the ticket allocation, as described above, will also be different starting today, I have included the current 50 supporters in the contest. This is somewhat random today—of course, I looked at all the participants—but next time I will build an interface where I can include all possible aspects (such as CCD stake, SQM credit, votes, delegations, comments, ‘Banner for Boost’ participation, how long active with CryptoCompany, users of CCCEO services, and so on...).

Wie wir gestern festgestellt haben, ist das Wheel of Fortune mit etwa 100 Feldern überfordert, dies auf meinem schwachen Laptop flüssig zu rendern. Dementsprechend habe ich schon einen nächsten Auslosungsmechanismus zu erstellen, in Form einer Slot-Machine. Diese ist aber noch nicht fertig. Daher müssen heute nochmal wir mit dem Wheel of Fortune vorlieb nehmen. Da aber auch die Ticketvergabe, wie oben beschrieben, ab heute anders läuft, habe ich mal die aktuell 50 Supporter in das Gewinnspiel inkludiert. Das ist heute zu einem gewissen Teil zufällig - natürlich habe ich mir alle Teilnehmer angeschaut - aber ich werde mir in den nächsten mal ein Interface bauen, wo ich alle möglichen Aspekte (wie zum Beispiel CCD Stake, SQM Guthaben, Votes, Delegationen, Kommentare, 'Banner for Boost' Teilnahme, seit wann mit CryptoCompany aktiv, Nutzer von CCCEO Services und so weiter...) inkludieren kann:
