I agree as you can see both sides yet the locals are not being considered if you take it from their side. I blame the governments for this mess as this should never even have been allowed to happen.

You are absolutely right local voices matter and it is disappointing when they are ignored. The responsibility for not managing things properly really lies with governments. Both sides are affected and real solutions need to start with better leadership and policies.
