October Orders Arrived Today

This morning we received the new orders for next month which is always pleasing to see which tells you the product is selling and you are at least what you are doing is working. I wasn't quite sure how big the next order was going to be, but what was pleasing to see was the heavier larger bags dominate this next order.

This business of filling punching bags is all about tonnage so having a similar number of bags on order, but being the heavier bags means the tonnage has increased. Last month we moved around 25 tons so I would like to see this rise to the mid thirties so 35 tons would be a good result. The monthly target I have in my head is 60 tons mainly because that would indicate that this business is very profitable without having much stress.

There are one or two ore clients that still need to be on boarded that should increase the numbers close to my projected target. There are very few businesses around that can be up and running profitable within a month or two with very little capital outlay. Thinking about the costs involved thus far am only in for around $10K and that includes all the filling required for next month plus the wages for the required extra employees.

Most businesses can take years to recoup the investments so it is pleasing to find one that pays for itself within a few months. The last business I was involved with we were breaking even after close to 4 years so finding such a business opportunity is fairly rare.

this was one of the businesses I have had my eye on for the last 5 years and had to bide my time letting those who had it mess it up. Idiotic business practices by at least 3 other companies has handed this on a plate and there is no ways I am letting this opportunity slip through my hands.

This one business is going to fund the next business which I estimate will take 6 months to build a decent sized kitty. All of this profit is not for now and will be reinvested for the next 12-18 months and only then will I start seeing the fruits of what has been built. Too many businesses take profits too early and suffer the consequences having poor cash flow. This is like most things in life when it takes time to build and establish a business that runs itself.

Nice strategy👌.
Nothing beats the feeling of making profits in a business.
It's very clear you have other means of survival which is making you not to touch the profits in the business because hey, if one is financially struggling, he tends to chop a little from the profits, afterall there's a reason it's called profit. Lol😅.
I wish you smooth riding as you smash those goals
