Chaos At Boeing As South Carolina Planes (DEI) Are Sent To Everett For Stripping And Rebuilding.

source

As you ca see from the above graph that the Boeing story is not improving and this year the gap between Airbus and Boeing will be seismic. The idea of a company resorting to the idea of employing DEI employees whilst struggling as a company is just plain dumb because it is not helping matters and more likely hindering in being able to compete.

Over the last 3 years Airbus has been breaking records with the numbers of orders they have received along with the backlog on order and the amount of completed planes delivered. Last year Airbus averaged the completion of 2 planes per day. 735 planes wee delivered compared to 528 from Boeing and that was a 10% increase for Boeing on 2022 numbers.

The problem with Boeing is the ongoing issues they have with the Boeing 737 Max model with another incident reported this evening from Manchester,UK. These may not be daily incidents, but they are happening multiple times per week and airlines and paying passengers are paying attention. I would not be a happy bunny knowing I was on one of these planes and would definitely check what planes an airline is uses on the route I am planning to travel. You may think this is a crazy thought, but thousands of people are doing this and feel that this is just using common sense as the information is freely available to all of us.

Boeing has a limit of only being allowed to manufacture 38 x 737 Max's per month due to the safety controls imposed by the FAA. Airbus currently has a backlog of 8600 planes on it's order books and Boeing has just under 5600. This 3000 difference is rather significant as this is the future of the company representing the next 10 years of production.

Panic Mode

The Everett Boeing plant in Washington is being used for safety checks on the 787 Dreamliner manufactured in South Carolina. According to reports Boeing has more technical staff who have no idea how to fix this issue due to DEI employment. The scary thought is these planes are being flown from South Carolina and then being stripped at the Everett plant to guarantee the planes safety. Boeing cannot guarantee the FAA that all safety checks have bee done at the South Carolina plant and hence the double work this has now created. Imagine being a shareholder seeing this taking place as the costs of lost production will be in the billions.

There is no way in God’s green earth I would want to be a pilot in South Carolina flying those [787 jets] to here

The scary part was that the South Carolina plant was seen as a cost cutting measure when it shifted final assembly of the Boeing 787 Dreamliner back in 2021. This is obviously a business decision that has backfired and is now costing the company big time. Boeing therefore has problems on two of it's major planes and is no wonder they are so behind Airbus when it comes to production figures.

The only good news is Boeing have accepted the FAA's findings and have this last Thursday implemented 53 changes on their plant manufacturing process. Thankfully the stripping and rebuilding of the defective planes will continue using the Everett plant.

That's unfortunate dear friend, it's concerning how Boeing's struggles are impacting their reputation and safety measures. The reliance on DEI employees without proper training seems risky, especially for crucial safety checks. Hope things get much better 🙏🙏🙏🙏
