Adding Two New HIVE Members

Over the last 10 days I cancelled my DLUX delegation because I feel 30K DLUX tokens is enough now and I don't know how ,but have two new users joining HIVE which I think is more important to support. They have known about HIVE for a good 4 years already and knew I was involved and they are now ready to join. Funny how things work out and have not sold them the idea of joining either and this is purely on their own.

When I joined I was lucky enough to be given a few delegations and even though one might consider them small they make the difference you need to get going and to start growing. Those individuals were a God send at the time because for one it was so unexpected and the impact it had on my accounts growth. It also relays a message of confidence in what you are doing and I can never be thankful enough for their kind gesture.

The two individuals I met today after requesting a meeting last week and will hand them over to someone who can assist with opening a new HIVE account. That part I still do not know very well and will ask the Leo team for assistance with adding 2 people to the community. I am sure they have the FaceBook option or something like that and once they are up to speed will help them take control of their HIVE accounts. Baby steps for now and I have learned not to overwhelm people with an information overload because there is so much to take in.

The delegation part I believe will get them up and running immediately and is like a payback for what others did for myself. Not that I need to payback, but I feel it is time to help and assist others. I would be a real shite if I invited people in and just abandoned them to the wolves.

Under my guidance I do give them a 90% chance of succeeding and lasting because it is all about how you think and my instructions have not been about monetary value and more about as a hobby that pays over time. Too many people sign up expecting riches from day one and we know that is highly unlikely because it is the time factor that creates wealth along with consistency and more importantly compounding whatever you earn.

Who can forget the Jerry Banfield community that he bought into HIVE and sold them the idea of riches which for the majority never came true because their expectations were just far too high. A let us see how it goes approach is far better because who knows you may hate it or you may enjoy it and thrive.

I used to hate writing so what the hell am I doing writing articles every day
except I find it therapeutic these days and enjoy what I do. The enjoyment factor only means you will succeed faster than someone who sees HIVE as a chore and why some accounts grow quicker than others as this is all about you and we are all different.

I have tried signing people up in the past and this never worked out very well nd I promised myself I would never try again unless physically asked and why I am positive these two new accounts will do just fine. They are ready to try and that is half the battle won already. I was asked what they should post on and told them whatever interests them and not what they think others may want to read. If you write about your own passions in life you are being genuine to yourself and their is nothing fake.

You can get them started yourself on Hive. You just need to use your account creation tokens. I have done it several times for people.

This is a concept I have talk about before, instead of showing ppl rewards, apr, etc its more practical and long lasting to try to get them into the hobby of blogging and social network that then eventually pays for it, but most ppl do it backwards they try to get ppl into Hive because of crypto and the monetary side, they all talk about the price, when moon, when rewards, for many Hive even turns into something they have to do like a type of job and I guess eventually stop enjoying it ...on Inleo they can sing in with their Google and Twitter account that should be easy enough

With the Busy Bees, I have had two groups across 2 years that I have been teaching how to Hive. Despite being a smaller account, I have managed to rally many people.

It is why there are 12 Hive Accounts in Table View alone lol!

So take a gander at my Guide of Guides post I did 10 months ago. It is a shortened version of the longer "course" I prepared for my newbies.

It includes the sign-up process, the importance of keys, what tags to use and some "golden rules of Hive", etc etc.

Thanks. I will take a look, but I think I will teach them first hand over the first few months so they understand it properly. They are lucky because I wish I had a mentor/coach.
