Since we returned to our house in the province, King Sun rarely goes out because it always rains and the road is wet. However, because the hot weather today, my brother and I decided to go to our old house.

Here, we are strolling along a muddy road close to the rice fields and irrigation. I still need to find dry ground to avoid getting my feet muddy, but since we're still going our old house and have a lot of rice fields to cross, it's okay if I get muddy.😅

Our destination is right there, among the many trees in the middle of the rice fields.

We passed by the sleepy plants that were blooming, and I find cute because it's round and the flowers are pink. It's often only in the middle of nowhere, but it gives color to the path even though sometimes it's not noticed and just stepped on.

We also passed this macroptilium bean with maroon flowers.

My husband and baby were watching at our neighbours house, and we were also very close to our own. And we were passing a rice field.

There are three birds perched on electricity, which we call kapra.

We're close to home, and the weather is very hot but also windy because it's in an open field.

This is our old house; no one lives here anymore because it is always flooded during storms, and during the summer there is no water, and it is too far to the other house to get water. Then when it rains, the path is also very muddy. Sometimes my father sleeps here when he is drunk, hehe, but this year no one has lived here for a few months, so a lot of plants have grown up that look like a forest. But this will also disappear when the plants are sprayed with a pesticide.

This is the Calamansi that my mother planted. Sometimes it bears fruit, sometimes it doesn't, but it hasn't been there in nine years, but the Calamansi lives on.

My brother and my nieces came here first; they had already gotten a coconut in front of the house and had already eaten it. When we arrived, they got another coconut from above our well. My brother was picking up the coconut using bamboo.

They got three coconuts and took them to the mango tree, where my brother opened them so we could drink the fresh coconut juice and eat the flesh.

We didn't even bring a pitcher and a spoon because it was unexpected that my brother would get a coconut because they are difficult to grab haha, but he did because we wanted to drink coconut juice. He tapped the coconut skin to make a spoon, and we used it to eat the coconut flesh.

While we eat we teasing each other and making jokes to my niece's that's why we enjoy our pangolabo.

There are bananas here again because my father and my brother-in-law planted them, and they have already produced fruit. We will pick them the next day when they are almost ripe.

We have so many memories here as siblings, happy and bad, especially from when my mom was alive. So if we make enough money, we plan to renovate the house, take care some animals, and plant vegetables again. Because, even though it is constantly flooded, it is still pleasant to live here because we are the only house and there is peace every day.

That's all for today, Thankyou for reading and support my post. Peace and love. 🫶🏻

Going back to your old house and eating fresh coconuts with your family sounds really fun. The place may be muddy and a bit wild now, but it still feels full of memories ^^
