Since I started blogging here at Hive, I have become very observant of my surroundings, which used to be indifferent to others. I felt it was also better when you appreciate your surroundings. It's not just about always having your cellphone in your hand and watching dramas,or useless things on Facebook haha lol. There is also some, but it doesn't seem worth it. I mean Hive has helped me more, not only in terms of expenses but also to be mindful of my surroundings and my everyday routine has changed, hehe, anyway I'm writing this to show you the mushrooms I found again.

I found a white wild mushroom with green moss on it. Maybe it's mossy because of few days of rain.

Lots of tiny orange mushrooms are just beginning to grow on dead wood. Only one orange mushroom is particularly large among them.

I think this is the favourite spot of the pigs ear mushroom because before I saw it in this wood, The shape is wide but now it's a bit smaller.

I also found this group of small fungi in different gemelina wood that my sister-in-law had collected and was waiting for them to dry to use as firewood.

I found this not so wide mushroom, which grows on dead bamboo. It is brown and looks like white in color, and the shape is like bowy or a flower, hehe. I don't know if they are edible, but we don't pick them since we don't eat them.

Another mushroom that looks old and has lived here for so many days.

Finally, I found an edible mushroom under the santol tree (cotton fruit). I said it was edible because it looked like the one my father used to pick in the forest or our surroundings that didn't get any sunlight so we could eat it. But before, the most mushrooms that grew were actually in rice straw, the one's that hadn't been touched for a long time after they done thresher the rice plant. But now they don't
Use the Thresher anymore because there is a harvester, that's why I rarely see edible mushrooms now.

Now here in our place, if you want mushrooms, you can buy them in the mall or in the market. But still, I'm really hoping that some will still grow here around us because fresh mushrooms are tastier to eat. 😊

Honestly, I don't know how to distinguish edible mushrooms to those which are not.
So probably, delikado pag ako ang nakatoka sa pagpitas-pitas. 🤣

Truly stunning photos! It's incredible how much beauty lies in the small details of the undergrowth if we just stop to look.
