a not so Ordinary day but memorable : many white grallatorial bird, flower plant blooming and our so late Childrens Christmas party

This happened on January 3rd, and today is the only day I've had time to write for my blog.
It's such a beautiful day to wake up; I open my eyes and know that this is a blessing from above. Every day that I wake up without being sick, I consider it a blessing; there is food and a house where my son and my family are safe.

When I opened the window, I saw many "tolabong or grallatorial bird" standing in the rice fields. Some others said that when there are many grallatorial birds, there will be floods. But for me, when there are many birds in the rice fields, they have so many foods there, they can eat snails, small frogs or other insects. It's just, it's a pity if the rice are still small because they will die if the birds step on them.
Even now, there are many grallatorial birds flying around us; they simply move from one rice field to another. I'm wondering where they really live, because they're no longer in the rice fields at night.

On our way to my sister's house, I noticed this blooming plant. We weren't sure what to call it because it looked like a grass to us. I was just happy that there were so many flowers blooming. How about you? Would you like to see this on your path?

I noticed a tiny green spider perched on a flower. I took a few photos of it because everytime I take a picture, it becomes blurry, haha. Because the wind is strong and the clouds are darkening. I just held the bottom until the flower stopped, and I was able to photograph the spider. Hehe, the color of the spider is cute, right?

My sister planned a Christmas party for our nieces, even it's already January 3. "it's better to late than never" ang ataki, Haha lol. Because every year they have a Christmas party and my sister it won't be missed that they won't be able to have a Christmas party in 2025 even though it's late. Before I'm the one who gives the budget for their little fun. But when I had a child, I no longer had a budget for that. I'll make up for it when I get a job again. It was raining heavily, so the kids didn't really enjoy the games and dance. Also I had put my son to bed, that's why I am late watching them.

They played a lot of games, they dance and I just listened to them in the room and laughed at what I heard. I know they were all really enjoying themselves, but because rain was getting heavier, it was stopped because of the thunder.
We ended the day full of laughs together with my siblings, and I know my nieces too because they were happy with their Christmas party and the gift they received from my sister. I'm so happy to see them appreciating the food that was in their gift. 😊

That's all for today and I just want to say Thankyou for your unwavering support. Peace and love! 🥂🫶🏻
