Resulta que hoy nos reunimos en familia para despejar un poco el alma del dolor por la reciente perdida de mi abuelita materna. Una situación que nos tiene muy movidos y sensibles.
It turns out we're gathering today as a family to unburden ourselves a little from the grief over the recent loss of my maternal grandmother. A situation that has us very emotional and moved.
Así que mi papá, decidió organizar un almuerzo para que disfrutáramos juntos de una comida en familia y recordar tantos momentos y anécdotas con mi abuela que nos hizo sentir un poco más reconfortados y al menos libres de pensamientos tristes por un instante.
So my dad decided to organize a lunch so we could enjoy a family meal together and remember so many moments and anecdotes with my grandmother that made us feel a little more comforted and at least free of sad thoughts for a moment.
Aquí estuvimos reunidos con mi abuela paterna y como dice él, aprovechando esos momentos en los que la vida te presenta momentos para sonreír y aprender a ser fuertes sobrellevando cualquier dolor.
Here we met with my paternal grandmother and, as he says, we took advantage of those moments when life presents us with opportunities to smile and learn to be strong in the face of any pain.
Así que hoy fue un día en donde la tristeza no nos ganó y en donde el alma se llenó un poco con el agradecimiento a Dios por todo lo que permite en nuestra vida y por el momento vivido en familia. Esto fue todo por hoy lluvia de bendiciones para ustedes. Se les quiere un montón. No olviden, abrazar, amar, perdonar y expresar todo lo que les apetece, a veces no sabemos cuando es el último momento para hacerlo.
So today was a day where sadness didn't overcome us, and where our souls were filled a little with gratitude to God for everything He allows in our lives and for the time we spent with our family. That's all for today, showers of blessings on you. We love you so much. Don't forget to hug, love, forgive, and express whatever you want. Sometimes we don't know when the last moment is to do so.
