Resulta que hoy nos tomamos un momento para caminar y despejar a nuestra mente en compañía de mi esposo y nuestra mascota YACCO.

It turns out that today we took a moment to walk and clear our minds in the company of my husband and our pet YACCO.

Y es que definitivamente, no hay mejor terapia que poder disfrutar de la naturaleza y los atardeceres que Dios nos regala en cada día de nuestras vidas.

And there is definitely no better therapy than being able to enjoy nature and the sunsets that God gives us every day of our lives.

Por eso, Para liberar un poco de tensión mental y muscular, invite a mi esposo a caminar y a llevarnos nuestra hermosa mascota para que también disfrutara de una tarde diferente.

So, to release some mental and muscular tension, I invited my husband for a walk and to take our beautiful pet so he could also enjoy a different afternoon.

Así que fue la mejor manera de hacer ejércicios para fortalecer todo nuestro ser. Una tarde diferente cargada de buena vibra y energía maravillosa definitivamente un 10/10 este plan. Un abrazo para todos. Bye💋💖
