De verdad que estos días fueron muy buenos pero llenos de mucho cansancio porque tuve en muchas ocupaciones.
These days were really good but full of a lot of tiredness because I had a lot of things to do.
Esta vez me tocó, ir en búsqueda de un inmueble bueno, bonito y barato, como decímos coloquialmente, con las 3B, la verdad es que fue un proceso de mucha caminata e incertidumbre.
This time I had to go in search of a good, nice, and cheap property, as we colloquially say, with the 3Bs. The truth is that it was a process of a lot of walking and uncertainty.
Pero, nos lanzamos a esta aventura porque, de verdad que nos comentaron que en ese lugar se consiguen apartamentos económicos y son espaciosos en comparación a otros, además que a diferencia de construir desde cero, es un proceso y lleva más dinero. Así que buscando siempre una opción más, esta la veíamos viable y aceptable.
But we embarked on this adventure because we were told that there are affordable and spacious apartments there compared to others. Plus, unlike building from scratch, it's a process and takes more money. So, always looking for another option, this one seemed viable and acceptable.
Y la verdad, no nos fue como esperábamos, notamos que si, hay departamentos que valen la pena, pero están más caros que lo que nos habían comentado que costaban y que además de eso, se sale bruscamente de nuestro presupuesto, sin embargo cuando no se tiene un techo propio desistir o rendirse no es una opción, siempre es bueno buscar y disfrutar del proceso aunque muchas veces eso ayuda a que me frustre más, pero aquí seguimos con la misma actitud y aferrados a Dios en que pronto podamos encontrar la mejor manera de salir adelante con nuestra vivienda propia. Pidiendo a Dios que nos siga sirviendo de guía para saber si seguimos con la idea de construir o Comprar algo listo.
And the truth is, it didn't go as we expected, we noticed that yes, there are apartments that are worth it, but they are more expensive than what we had been told they cost and that in addition to that, it is abruptly out of our budget, however when you don't have a roof of your own, giving up or giving in is not an option, it's always good to search and enjoy the process although many times that contributes to me getting more frustrated, but here we continue with the same attitude and clinging to God that we can soon find the best way to get ahead with our own home. Asking God to continue serving as our guide to know if we continue with the idea of building or buying something ready.

I will always recommend a built apartment or house. That small modifications need to be made. The buildings in gray work in some countries are usually very expensive and those that are not fully built even more.
