Resulta que hoy me tocó salir con mi esposo a comprar unas cosas que le hacen falta para armar el bolso de viaje para irse a su trabajo durante un mes.

It turns out that today I had to go out with my husband to buy some things he needed to pack his travel bag to go to work for a month.

Y si, hoy es uno de esos días donde me pega mucho emocionalmente pensar en su ida, pero también me reconforta la idea de saber que hay trabajo y que gracias a Dios eso nos permitirá también alcanzar las metas que tenemos como pareja. Pero, no les voy a negar que es un proceso fuerte estar separada de él, sobretodo porque es mi compañero para todo en todo momento, pero bueno, igual le agradezco a Dios porque sabemos cuánto le costó estar ahí.

And yes, today is one of those days where thinking about his departure hits me hard emotionally, but I'm also comforted by the thought of work and that, thank God, it will also allow us to achieve the goals we have as a couple. But I won't deny that being separated from him is a tough process, especially because he's my partner for everything, all the time. But anyway, I thank God because we know how much it cost him to be there.

Así que me hago la fuerte delante de él y para todo me hago la fuerte, aunque es inevitable llorar cuando se va, aunque ya tenga tiempo en esto, digamos que me pega mucho cuando le toca irse. Sin embargo a los días me repongo de ánimo, aunque siempre estoy extrañando todo de él. Pero bueno, es uno de los sacrificios que hay que pasar para mantener nuestros planes en marcha.

Así que bueno en medio de todo, tratamos de compartir mucho (aunque casi no salimos, por estar pendiente de nuestros planes) pero si la pasamos muy bien juntos. Y bueno, aquí tocó acompañar a mi esposo a sus compras de último momento, porque siempre me gusta que se lleve medias nuevas y aunque sea una pieza de ropa interior nueva también.
