I also don't like going to the health service for checkups. I prefer to seek medical help when I need it. Even so, I do get checkups once a year. Last year I paid for them, this year I have a new health insurance plan and so I will use this service for free, after all I am already paying monthly.

Some people are like you, they don't go for checkup because they want to but because they have to.
