The role of the computer network in today's society is undeniable. We are all connected and interconnected. We can say that we are online most of the time in our daily lives, and this certainly includes our work.
The tasks we perform in offices, interactions with public services, appointments, banks and financial institutions, and finally the crypto world. Everything depends, to some extent, on the big network.
Some services simply only exist within the big network. Take away the network, and the service dies. So how can we ensure that everyone has access to the computer network? And for what reasons could someone be excluded from using this network?

One thing that always catches my attention is what seems to be a set of general characteristics that accompany people born in certain intervals of years. These are the so-called generations, and my generation would be Generation Y also popularly known by the nickname Generation Millennials, those born close to the years 1980 to 1996. We saw the computer network born for society, symbolically. Of course, the network was formed earlier, inside the laboratories by researchers. We saw the transition.
The way generations are classified follows the alphabetical order, and we can see that we have reached the end of the alphabet with Generation Z also nicknamed Generation Zoomers. When they realized they were people, there were already cell phones with mobile internet.
So the letters ran out and now we have reached the Greek alphabet, with Generation Alpha being those born between 2012 and 2024, encompassing the pandemic, and mainly being the generation that was born in a digital world, with streaming and everything else that has caused the decline of analog means of interaction.

We haven't even reached 2025 yet and we already need to think that the generation to come, those who are born, will be marked by new general characteristics. The main one, in my opinion, is artificial intelligence, which was made public in 2024 and expanded rapidly, and this Generation Beta will have artificial intelligence mechanisms at its disposal since its awakening as a person.
We will have changes where artificial intelligences will be able to interact in the world in real time, that is, we will be able to ask them to perform actions, activate machines and mechanisms. This will be the near future and the new revolution, far beyond what personal assistants do today, such as Google and Alexa.
Currently, we can only use assistants to listen to music and watch videos, search the internet and do curiosities. They are simple things with limited and objective access.
What will come will be subjective. Artificial intelligences will be able to interpret our questions and respond subjectively, in addition to acting in depth in the real world, performing tasks in real time, such as acting in the stock market, deciding whether to buy or sell assets.
And now comes the question.
In a world where these interactions will be normal, would preventing a person from enjoying these possibilities be preventing them from living fully?
I answer yes.
Preventing a person from accessing a computer network would be as serious a restriction as a restriction of freedom, which is currently seen as imprisonment.
Therefore, it is analogous to think that in order to reach such a situation of restriction of freedom, there would have to be a prior trial and judgment. All of this with the guarantee of full defense.
The person would have to have committed a crime or infraction, the penalty for which would be the prevention of access to the computer network.

Alguns serviços simplesmente só existem dentro da grande rede. Retire a rede, e o serviço morre. Então como podemos garantir que todos tenham acesso à rede de computadores? E por quais razões alguem poderia ser excluído de usar desta rede?

Uma coisa que sempre me chama atenção é o que parece ser um conjunto de características gerais que acompanham pessoas nascidas em determinados intervalos de anos. São as chamadas gerações, e a minha geração seria a Geração Y também conhecida popularmente com o apelido de Geração Millenials, são os nascidos próximos aos anos 1980 a 1996. Nós vimos a rede de computadores nascer para a sociedade, simbolicamente. Claro que a rede foi formada antes, dentro dos laboratórios pelos pesquisadores. Nós vimos a transição.
A forma como as gerações são classificadas segue a ordem alfabética, e podemos notar que chegamos ao final do alfabeto com a Geração Z também apelidada de Geração Zoomers. Quando eles se perceberam como pessoa, já haviam celulares com internet móvel.
Então acabaram as letras e agora chegamos no alfabeto Grego, sendo a Geração Alpha aquela nascida entre 2012 e 2024, englobando a pandemia, e principalmente já sendo a geração que nasceu num mundo digital, com streaming e tudo o mais que veio a causar o declínio dos meios analógicos de interações.

Ainda não chegamos em 2025 e já precisamos pensar que a geração que virá, os que nascerem, serão marcados por novas características gerais. A principal delas, na minha opinião, é a inteligência artificial, que foi posta ao público em 2024 e se expandiu rapidamente, sendo que esta Geração Beta terá ao seu dispor mecanismos de inteligência artificial desde seu despertar como pessoa.
Teremos mudanças onde as inteligências artificiais poderão interagir no mundo em tempo real, ou seja, poderemos pedir que realizem ações, acionem máquinas e mecanismos. Isso será o futuro breve e a nova revolução, muito além do que os assistente pessoais fazem hoje, como Google a Alexa.
Atualmente apenas conseguimos usar os assistentes para ouvir música e assistir vídeos, pesquisar na internet e fazer curiosidades. São simplicidades com acesso limitado e objetivo.
O que virá será subjetivo. As inteligências artificiais poderão interpretar a partir de nossos questionamentos e responder subjetivamente, além de agir com profundidade no mundo real, realizando tarefas, em tempo real, como por exemplo atuando no mercado de ações, decidindo pela compra ou venda de ativos.
E agora vem o questionamento.
Em um mundo onde essas interações serão normais, impedir uma pessoa de usufruir destas possibilidades seria impedi-la de viver plenamente?
Eu respondo que sim.
Impedir uma pessoa de ter acesso a rede de computadores será uma restrição tão grave quanto uma restrição de liberdade, hoje visualizada através de uma prisão.
Dessa forma, fica análogo pensar que para chegarmos em tal situação de restrição de liberdade, haveria de ter processo e julgamento prévios. Tudo isso com garantia de ampla defesa.
A pessoa teria de ter cometido crime ou infração, cuja penalidade seria o impedimento de acesso à rede de computadores.

é algo complexo a questão sobre as gerações, a gente não sabe ao certo como vai ser no futuro, mas como tu citou e eu recentemente estava vendo alguns videos, tem situações que já existem casa automatizadas onde simplesmente tudo acontece sem necessidade de interações humanos a não ser apenas um comando de voz.
