EN-PT Risotto!!

Another night with risotto!

I took over today’s preparation, with the eagle eyes of the supreme chef, my wife.

We decided on risotto carbonara, and for that I started by frying bacon.

Meanwhile, we had a Deserved, very good local beer that will accompany me in the heat of the stove.

I added the arborio rice and started stirring while adding the previously heated water.

The rice grows while we add the water.

The cheese and eggs come at the end, mixing well and adjusting the salt. Black pepper is the finishing touch.

We toast!

Mais uma noite com risoto!

Assumi a preparação de hoje, com os olhos de águia da cheff suprema, minha esposa.

Foi decidido pelo risoto carbonara, e para isso comecei fritando bacon.

Enquanto isso, tomamos uma Merecida, cerveja local muito boa e que vai me acompanhar no calor do fogão.

Adicionei o arroz arbóreo e como comecei a mecher enquanto adicionava água previamente aquecida.

O arroz cresce enquanto adicionamos a água.

O queijo e ovos vem ao final, mistura do bem e acertando o sal. A pimenta do reino é o toque final.
