Changing Lifestyle and Food Intake

Greetings from the mountain! After one week of having no class but we had online met up due to the tribal war. It took o e week that the area was being cordoned and no one was allowed to step up the place but only the soldiers. There was a crash between the tribes and since yesterday, we are now on duty. See how dangerous this place but I couldn't leave this place for the people. I need to educate them and maybe new teacher will be ignoring this beautiful place if they k ow the "Pangayaw." (Ambush of two tribal group between each other.)

I posted before that I was sicked during my vacation. Almost all of my time was there going to the doctor. I learned about the danger of my health if I will not go on diet. Yes, before I ate all that I want since I thought my life is a bonus living until now. But, I cha bed that mindset looking forward my family who need me right now. My life has a purpose not only for the students,my husband buy also I have still the will to help my siblings as long as I could be.

I changed my food intakes, I took all the medicine needed and herbal I also applied it everyday just to save my life. For three no the, I ate without rice. I never thought I could survive but it was a struggle during the first two weeks and thanks God everything went smooth and my stomach adjusted it well. I followed the doctor and the researched about balance diet those who are taking maintenance in the internet helped me pushing it to survived.

So here are the food that I eat every other day I have a recipe. I can have 1 tablespoon of rice bit it is more better if I take all vegan a and fishes.

The lady fingers, cabbage, sayote, tomato, fish and eggs have different benefits to our body. Try to have research in the internet for additional information.

All the quantity on my plate are enough for my one meal like breakfast or lunch. If I have milk in the morning with bread, these food combo I eat for my lunch and eat again at night before sleeping. The kind of food I take before sleeping are also different from what are those in the picture above.

How about you? Would you believe that you can do it too? My advice to everyone, do it wait the time that you will be sick then you do the balance diet for a perfect health.

As of this moment, I reducey body weight and it is easy for me to take the food without rice.

Eating healthy foods is the best way to change a healthy lifestyle. Also, with the help daily exercise I'm sure you can have a healthy body 😁.... I hope you can maintain a healthy lifestyle!
