Updated Tutorial: How to Group Your Songs in the Playlist and Add Polls

Hello friends, how are you?

As time went by, I realized that despite having already created some tutorials, I needed to resolve some doubts that were raised in the community. This interaction is important and I am happy to help, as the more people know how to create their own playlists or simply can bring their favorite songs, the database will always be fed.




The Power of Polls On Leo


I highlight here the importance that the polls brought regarding interaction and engagement within the platform with its return, because for those who don't know, the polls were unavailable, but fortunately Khal and the development team managed to resolve some problems that prevented its return.

It is another tool for our content creation, as we can come up with various ideas and apply them in the best way. The cool thing is that at InLeo you are free to bring any type of content, ranging from memes, news, sports, music, books, films and much more that we can add to polls in our favor.

Here's a great example of what @bradleyarrow did when introducing polls into his memes. Being able to receive feedback on your work is undoubtedly very satisfying.

Here is another example for you my young Padawan Leo to realize how important it is to add polls to any content we create. @taskmaster4450le shows how many activities were done with a simple Thread with poll:

Tutorial


Now that you understand the importance of polls for the platform, it's time to learn how to create your playlists with all the songs with polls. If you've tried before and weren't able to preview your song with a poll, I know what might have happened.

Unfortunately, polls can only be viewed by main threads, that is, the thread at the top. For Threadcasts it may not yet be possible to create polls unless you create your poll on the top page. For long posts it is also not possible to view and I hope this can be fixed in the near future.

So let's go to the Tutorial, our objective is to create a Thread that is your Playlist and that will probably bring you your favorite songs or even bring your favorite album in a more organized way, you can see that there are several ways to have fun here.

For your Playlist to be seen and finally enter the database through @leoglossary, simply add the tags #musiconleo and #playlist and as you will place a poll in all of them, the #polls tag is very important to add. Don't forget to place the following information below each thread:

Rate this album or Rate this song.

As in the example below, let's go to the steps:

1 – When creating your Playlist cover, go to the icon to create your poll;
2 – To set a star as the default form of evaluation, hold down the Windows key and press the dot (.);
3 – When a tab appears, look for the star and add it in descending order;
4 – A tip, when you create the first alternative with 3 stars, copy a star and paste the following ones into the other alternatives in the poll, this way things will go faster.
5 – Once you have completed the survey, now review everything you did my young Padawan Leo, because if you make a mistake, you will not be able to edit this survey (unless you have decided to fix this).



Now that you have created your Playlist with poll, at this point you must bring the songs, but unlike before, in this case, each song must be created uniquely as a common thread.

Previously, after each Playlist created, the songs were placed in the comments of the Main Thread, but unfortunately, even if you create your song with a poll, it will not be possible to view it. So to make it possible for all songs in addition to your playlist to have polls, let's bring them all “isolated” as a common thread.



Bringing Any Music On Leo


Now, let's go to the tutorial on how to bring any song from YouTube to the Leo platform:

1 - Select your song and copy its title to your Thread;
2 – Go to share;
3 – Select the Embed option;
4 - Copy the embedded code and paste it into your music thread.



After doing each step and also adding the polls to each song, now we will group all the songs in your Playlist and don't worry that your polls will all be seen.

What we should do is simply copy the link of each song and paste it into your main Thread which is your Playlist. Do this for every song and it will look something like this:

Recapitalizing:

1 - Copy the link to your song;
2 – Go to your Playlist and paste your song in the comments section;
3 – Your song will look like this, a thread within another thread. Repeat this until you've finished adding all your music.





It's a more laborious process, I know... but it was without a doubt the easiest way to put all your songs on your playlist and not have the problem of your poll not being displayed. I hope that in the near future we can place polls even if they are in secondary threads.

O Poder das Enquetes On Leo


Destaco aqui a importância que as enquetes trouxeram a respeito de interação e engajamento dentro da plataforma com a sua volta, pois para quem não sabe, as enquetes estavam indisponíveis, mas felizmente Khal e a equipe de desenvolvimento conseguiram resolver alguns problemas que impediam sua volta.

É mais uma ferramenta para nossa criação de conteúdo, pois podemos ter várias ideias e aplica-las da melhor forma. O legal é que na InLeo você é livre para trazer qualquer tipo de conteúdo e vai desde memes, notícias, esportes, músicas, livros, filmes e muito mais coisas que podemos adicionar as enquetes ao nosso favor.

Aqui está um ótimo exemplo em que @bradleyarrow fez ao introduzir as enquetes em seus memes. Poder receber o retorno de seus trabalhos é sem dúvidas muito satisfatório.

Aqui está outro exemplo para você meu jovem Padawan Leo de perceber o quanto é importante a adição das enquetes em qualquer conteúdo que criamos. @taskmaster4450le mostra o quanto de atividades foram feitas com uma simpres Thread com enquete.


Tutorial


Agora que você já entendeu a importância das enquetes para a plataforma, é hora de aprender como criar suas playlists com todas as músicas com enquetes. Caso tenha tentado antes e não tenha conseguido visualizar sua música com enquete, sei o que pode ter acontecido.

Infelizmente as enquetes só podem ser visualizadas por threads principais, ou seja, aquela thread que fica no topo. Para Threadcasts ainda não pode ser possível criar enquetes, a menos que você crie sua enquete na página do topo. Para postagens longas também não é possível visualizar e espero que isso possa ser consertado em um futuro breve.

Então vamos para o Tutorial, nosso objetivo é criar uma Thread que seja sua Playlist e que provavelmente você irá trazer suas músicas favoritas ou mesmo trazer de forma mais organizada, seu álbum favorito, percebe-se que existem diversas formas de se divertir aqui.

Para que sua Playlist seja vista e enfim entrar para o banco de dados através do @leoglossary, basta colocar as tags #musiconleo e #playlist e como você irá colocar enquete em todas elas, a tag #polls é muito importante acrescentar. Não esqueça de colocar abaixo de cada thread a seguinte informação:

Rate this álbum ou Rate this song.

Assim como no exemplo abaixo, vamos para as etapas:

1 – Ao criar sua capa de Playlist, vá no ícone para criar sua enquete;
2 – Para colocar estrela como forma de avaliação padrão, segure a tecla Windows e tecle o ponto (.);
3 – Ao aparecer uma aba, procure pela estrela e adicione em ordem decrescente;
4 – Uma dica, quando criar a primeira alternativa com as 3 estrelas, copie uma estrela e cole as seguintes nas outras alternativas da enquete, desse jeito as coisas se tornam mais rápido.
5 – Feito a enquete, agora revise tudo que você fez meu jovem Padawan Leo, pois caso erre, não será possível editar essa enquete (a menos que tenham resolvido consertar isso).


Agora que você criou sua Playlist com enquete, nesse momento deverá trazer as músicas, mas diferente de antes, nesse caso, cada música deverá ser feita de forma única como uma thread comum.

Antes após cada Playlist criada, era colocado as músicas nos comentários do Thread principal, mas infelizmente mesmo se você criar sua música com enquete, não será possível visualizar. Então para que seja possível de todas as músicas além de sua playlist ter enquetes, vamos trazer todas “isoladas” como uma thread comum.


Trazendo Qualquer Música On Leo


Agora, vamos a tutorial de como trazer qualquer música do Youtube para a plataforma Leo:

1 - Selecione sua música e copie o seu título para sua Thread;
2 – Vá em compartilhar;
3 – Selecione a opção de Incorporar;
4 - Copie o código incorporado e cole em sua thread de música.


Após fazer cada etapa e também adicionar as enquetes em cada música, agora vamos agrupar todas as músicas em sua Playlist e não se preocupe que suas enquetes serão todas visualizadas.

O que devemos fazer é simplesmente copiar o link de cada música e colar em sua Thread principal que está sua Playlist. Faça isso em todas as músicas e ela será algo parecido com isso:

Recapitalando:

1 - Copie o link de sua música;
2 – Vá em sua Playlist e cole na seção de comentários sua música;
3 – Sua música ficará desse jeito, uma thread dentro de outra thread. Repita isso até terminar de adicionar todas suas músicas.


É um processo mais trabalhoso, eu sei... mas sem dúvidas foi a maneira mais fácil de poder colocar todas suas músicas em sua playlist e não ter o problema de não ser visualizada sua enquete. Espero que no futuro próximo possamos colocar enquetes mesmo que sendo em threads secundárias.
