My Splinterlands Journey: Expanding My Gold Foil Card Collection
Hello fellow gamers, how are you all doing?
It's been a long time since I've written anything about Splinterlands. There's so much new stuff the game has brought that if I were to list it all, it would make a good book hahaha... It's impressive how dedicated the SPL team has been to always bringing us the best, and that's why, for me, Splinterlands is one of the best and greatest Web3 games ever made.
With the Aracan Conclave edition, I really enjoyed the new cards, new combinations, and I'm already slowly expanding my collection. I know I've been using a more competitive strategy for a while now, and card rental has supported me in that, but since the new cards are so cool, I decided to buy some.
Expanding My Gold Foil Card Collection
The last GF card I managed to buy and max out was the incredible Cavewise Wayfinder. This gnome tank is amazing, and anyone who uses him in battles knows what he can do to bring victory. Sometimes I only use him in battles and still manage to win. Of course, I also use Lorkus, as this summoner is one of the best in Modern mode.
Besides Cavewise Wayfinder, I had previously managed to max out Vicious Giraffe. You've probably noticed that they're all GF (Graphic Friends), because in addition to being more valuable, having an extra 10% SPS bonus is always a great option if you want to increase your SPS gains, right? Combining the giraffe with the gnome, we have the perfect duo to face almost any opponent.
I'm gradually buying other GF cards. I don't have a pattern or focus right now, but sometimes I buy what the market offers in terms of promotions, because there are times when it's possible to buy a GF card for below market value, and that has helped me a lot to max out my two cards. As you know, I'm just a mortal and don't have much purchasing power when it comes to money, so seeing my collection grow, even little by little, is very encouraging.
I hope you're also enjoying playing Splinterlands, because I'm really looking forward to the miniseries release in December. Until then, it's worth accumulating SPS to be able to buy the new packs, because if you didn't know, SPS will also be another option for purchase. Já faz um bom tempo que não escrevo nada sobre Splinterlands. Tem tanta coisa nova que o jogo trouxe que se eu fosse listar tudo, daria um bom livro hahaha... É impressionante como a equipe SPL tem se dedicado a nos trazer sempre o melhor e é por isso que para mim, Splinterlands é um dos melhores e maiores jogos Web3 já feito.
Com a edição do Conclave Aracana, eu gostei muito das novas cartas, novas combinações e inclusive já estou aos poucos aumentando minha coleção. Eu sei que já faz um bom tempo que eu tenho usado a estratégia de ser mais competitivo e o aluguel das cartas tem me dado esse suporte, mas como as novas cartas são tão legais, decidi comprar algumas cartas.
Aumentando Minha Coleção de Cartas Gold Foil
A última carta GF que consegui comprar e deixar no level máximo foi o incrível Cavewise Wayfinder. Esse gnomo tank é incrível e quem costuma usar ele nas batalhas, sabe o que ele pode fazer para trazer a vitória. Às vezes tem batalhas que eu coloco apenas ele e ainda consigo vencer. É claro que eu uso Lorkus, pois este invocador é um dos melhores que existe no modo Moderno.
Além do Cavewise Wayfinder, antes eu tinha conseguido deixar Vicious Giraffe também no level máximo. Você já percebeu que todos eles são GF, pois além de serem mais valiosos, ter mais 10% de bônus de SPS sempre é uma ótima alternativa se você quer aumentar seus ganhos de SPS, não é mesmo? Combinando a girafa com o gnomo, temos a dupla perfeita para bater de frente com quase todos os adversários.
Aos poucos eu estou comprando outras cartas GF, não tenho um padrão agora e nenhum foco, mas às vezes estou comprando o que o mercado oferece em termos de promoção, pois tem momentos que é possível comprar uma carta GF com um valor abaixo do mercado e isso me ajudou muito a deixar minhas duas cartas no level máximo. Como sabem, sou um mero mortal e não tenho um bom poder aquisitivo se tratando de dinheiro e por isso ver minha coleção crescer mesmo que aos poucos, é bem animador.
Espero que você também esteja gostando de jogar Splinterlands, pois estou bem ansioso com o lançamento do ministet que será apresentado em dezembro. Até lá, vale a pena acumular SPS para poder comprar os novos packs, pois caso não saiba, SPS também será mais uma opção para compra. Então já deve imaginar que seu preço irá valorizar muito mais. This is exactly my logic as well. Of course, expanding your GF collection also helps a bunch to fill those elusive GF Frays in brawl and qualify for more lucrative @sps.dao tournaments.
Yes, that's true, there are also the Frays and tournaments. Speaking of tournaments, I've never participated in those because I don't have many GFs in my collection, and I hope to participate someday.
