Gabigol is sentenced to 2 years of suspension: The Absurd Conviction Promoted by the Anti-Doping Sports Court

My Opinion
As a fan, I have no doubt that I see this situation as absurd, it is clear that the jury and the people responsible for the complaint want to put on a separate “show” and be protagonists of something, as Gabigol is a very famous player on the national scene. .
It is clear that they chose him to serve as an example, so that no athlete makes or attempts any difficulty when taking these anti-doping tests. It's really a shame, even though Gabigol is not in a good phase and is in reserve, he didn't deserve such a condemnation, because at the time, despite making such an exam difficult, he took it and it was negative.
I don't know what went through his head that day, of course he knows that the choice is made randomly and that one day he would be chosen, but without a doubt he must have been bothered that the accredited agent should be with him to monitor the collection. Maybe Gabigol was embarrassed or something similar.
Now we have to wait for the next chapters and hope that everything can be resolved. I'm the type of person who believes in laws and that they should be enforced, but fairly. If he really deserved such a sentence, then let him serve his sentence, but unfortunately it is yet another scenario where the extra-field player becomes the protagonist.

Como Tudo Começou
O caso aconteceu no dia 08 de abril de 2023, o Gabigol foi acusado por dificultar a realização do antidoping no CT do Flamengo, às vésperas da final do Carioca. Segundo os relatos, o atacante desrespeitou oficiais, não seguiu procedimentos indicados e afirmou que não faria mais exames, ou seja, dificultou o máximo que pôde, mas saiba que apesar de toda essa situação constrangedora, ele realizou os exames e o resultado foi negativo.
Apesar de que tenha feito o exame e testado negativo, sua atitude foi denunciada pelos oficiais presentes e se encaixa como "fraude ou tentativa de fraude de qualquer parte do processo de controle". Houve até um relato de que Gabigol teria dado o frasco da sua urina se a tampa, desobedecendo mais uma determinação de que deveria ter dado ao médico presente, o frasco tampado.
Como é Feito o Exame Antidoping
Para você ficar ciente, esse tipo de procedimento é feito no futebol para que impeça qualquer uso de substâncias ilícitas e trapaças na prática esportiva. É realizado um exame e pode ser a qualquer hora e dia e em qualquer competição. A forma de escolha de um atleta é feito de forma aleatória. O caso mais recente que o jogador foi até condenado por ter dado positivo em seu resultado, foi o atacante Paolo Guerrero e eu na época estava defendendo o Internacional.
Em um local reservado, um agente credenciado acompanha o atleta e em todo o processo de coleta. São dois frascos onde a urina é armazenada e lacrada. Após todo esse procedimento, o jogador deverá assinar um formulário e caso seja necessário pelo mesmo, pode dizer se consumiu qualquer substância nos últimos sete dias até a data do exame.
Flamengo Tentará Um Efeito Suspensivo
Apesar da condenação foi feita hoje (Segunda), o Flamengo pretende aplicar um recurso de efeito suspensivo, pois está próximo de jogar a final do Carioc e também está próximo das primeiras partidas da Copa Libertadores, mesmo que o técnico Tite não tenha escalado com muita frequência o Gabigol, mas ele é um jogador importante para o elenco e em jogos decisivos, sabemos como ele costuma se destacar.
De acordo com o clube, não houve sequer tentativa de fraude. A decisão do júri deixa o Gabigol longe dos gramados e nem poderá treinar até o dia 08 de abril de 2025. Como a condenação é de 2 anos, é contado desde o dia 08 de abril de 2023 quando foi realizado o exame, apesar de que no ano passado o atleta fez diversas partidas, mas que não interfere na condenação e não precisará aumentar sua pena.
Minha Opinião
Como torcedor, não tenho dúvidas de que vejo essa situação como um absurdo, está claro que o júri e as pessoas responsáveis pela denúncia querem fazer um “show” a parte e serem protagonistas de algo, pois Gabigol é um jogador bastante famoso no cenário nacional.
É evidente que escolheram ele para servir de exemplo, para que nenhum atleta faça ou tente alguma dificuldade ao realizar esses exames de antidoping. É realmente um pena, mesmo que o Gabigol não está em uma fase boa e que está na reserva, ele não merecia tal condenação, pois na época apesar de dificultar tal exame, ele fez e deu negativo.
Não sei o que se passou na cabeça dele no dia, é claro que ele sabe que a escolha é feita de forma aleatória e que um dia seria escolhido, mas sem dúvidas ele deve ter se incomodado de que o agente credenciado deveria estar junto com ele para acompanhar a coleta. Talvez Gabigol ficou com vergonha ou algo parecido.
Agora é aguardar os próximos capítulos e espero que tudo possa ser resolvido. Sou do tipo de pessoa que acredito nas leis e que elas devem ser cumpridas, mas de forma justa. Se ele realmente mereceu tal condenação, então que cumpra com sua pena, mas infelizmente é mais um cenário onde o extra campo se torna protagonista.
