Content Monetization: An Increasingly Growing Decentralized Job Market

We are witnessing a movement that has grown significantly, and you probably consume some of its content daily, even if it's just a small amount from some content creator. In recent years, more and more people have sought alternatives to earn extra income or even a fixed income through content such as photos, videos, or even text on social media.
What might have been just a hobby is now something that allows a person to earn a lot of money, and of course, everything depends on the type of content and the acceptance of your audience. Sometimes there are very lucky people who do crazy and bizarre things and end up going viral and becoming famous. All thanks to people who consume it every day. For some it may be quite laborious, but for others it's all a matter of luck.
The Opportunities the Internet Offers Everyone
Thinking about it, if it weren't for the internet, none of this would be happening. Young people, instead of seeking a traditional job, are trying to change their lives by creating content online. The reasons may vary, but just imagining that instead of being on a shift or working 8 to 12 hours a day, you can dedicate a few hours from the comfort of your home to creating things that can go viral, that's a real difference.
In the past, the countryside was where most people worked. A family's livelihood was generated through agricultural work, and this changed thanks to the arrival of new technologies that allowed for more autonomous and less manual farming. This led many people to seek other work alternatives. That's why, for me, nowadays with content monetization it's something completely normal and it's a trend that is here to stay.
The flexibility and "ease" of finding ways to create content has allowed many people to realize that monetization is the best financial alternative. Of course, the stability that employment offers is the best, but for many young people that's not their focus right now, and that's why many areas are experiencing a shortage because young people don't want to work.
We must accept that a new way of generating income, through content monetization, is perfectly acceptable and normal. Of course, this may change in the future, but until then, what we are experiencing today may last for a long time, and more people will end up entering this decentralized "job market".
It's logical that not everything is simple, as competition for more audience and the pursuit of trying something (even something stupid) for more views are daily challenges that anyone can face. That's why platforms like YouTube, X, TikTok, Instagram, and others are full of people trying to conquer their space. They all have in common the search for financial independence.
Therefore, in my opinion, these people are right to seek their space through content creation, because as I said before, it's a one-way street. I believe that some of these people are very dedicated and must spend hours to bring the best content to their niche, so to imagine that this type of modern work is lazy, I don't think it is. Content is only generated because of its audience, so there will always be all kinds of things on the internet, and it's up to each person to consume them.

Estamos diante de um movimento que tem crescido muito e que provavelmente você deve consumir diariamente algo, mesmo que seja pouca coisa de algum criador de conteúdo. Nos últimos anos, mais e mais pessoas têm buscado alternativas para conseguir uma renda extra ou mesmo uma renda fixa através de conteúdos que sejam por fotos, vídeos ou até mesmo texto pelas redes sociais.
O que poderia ser só um hobby, hoje é algo que faz uma pessoa ganhar bastante dinheiro e claro, tudo vai depender do seu tipo de conteúdo e também da aceitação do seu público em consumir esse conteúdo. Às vezes tem gente com bastante sorte que fazem loucuras e coisas bizarras e acabam viralizando e se tornam famosas. Tudo isso graças a pessoas que consomem isso todos os dias. Para alguns pode ser algo bastante trabalhoso, mas para outras tudo é uma questão de sorte.
As Oportunidades que a Internet Oferece para Todos
Pensando bem, se não fosse a internet, nada disso estaria acontecendo. Pessoas jovens ao invés de buscar um emprego tradicional, elas estão tentando mudar de vida através da criação de conteúdo na internet. Os motivos podem variar, mas só de imaginar que você ao invés de estar numa escala ou então trabalhando de 8 a 12 horas por dia e em troca você no conforto de sua casa dedicar algumas horas para criar algumas coisas que pode viralizar, isso é de fato uma grande diferença.
Antigamente, o campo era onde a maioria das pessoas trabalhava. O sustento de uma família era gerada através do trabalho agrário e isso mudou graças a chegada de novas tecnologias que permitiu um cultivo mais autônomo e menos mão de obra. Isso fez com que muitas pessoas buscassem outras alternativas de trabalho. Por isso que para mim, hoje em dia com a monetização de conteúdo é algo completamente normal e isso é uma tendência que chegou para ficar.
A flexibilidade e "facilidade" em de buscar formas de criar conteúdo, permitiram para muitas pessoas perceberem que a monetização é a melhor alternativa financeira. É claro que a estabilidade que o emprego oferece é o melhor, mas para muitos jovens isso não é o seu foco agora e por isso não é à toa que muitas áreas estão com déficit porque os jovens não querem trabalhar.
Devemos aceitar que uma nova forma de gerar renda que é através da monetização de conteúdo é algo extremamente aceitável e normal. É claro que isso poderá mudar no futuro, mas até lá, o que estamos vivendo hoje pode durar por muito tempo e mais pessoas irão acabar entrando para esse "mercado de trabalho" descentralizado.
É lógico que nem tudo é simples, pois a concorrência por mais audiência e a busca por tentar algo (até mesmo estúpido) por mais visualizações, são alguns desafios diários que qualquer um pode enfrentar. Por isso que plataformas como YouTube, X, Tik Tok, Instagram e outros estão cheias dessas pessoas tentando conquistar seu espaço. Todos têm em comum a busca pela independência financeira.
Portanto, na minha opinião, essas pessoas estão certas em buscar seu espaço através da criação de conteúdo, pois como eu disse anteriormente, é um caminho sem volta. Acredito que uma parte dessas pessoas são muito dedicadas e devem passar horas para poder trazer o melhor conteúdo para o seu nicho, então imaginar que esse tipo de trabalho moderno é preguiçoso, acho que não é. Um conteúdo só é gerado por conta do seu público, então sempre vai existir todo tipo de coisa na internet e vai de cada um consumir.

For me I believe content creators should be more aware of the Value their content is bringing to the Audience, not just their pockets alone, these days people go to the Extreme, they crossed the line of Morality and principles and post any content for people's consumption
I agree too, but unfortunately there are many people out there doing crazy things just for profit.
But as long as there are people who want to watch these bizarre things, there will always be someone to make this type of content.
