This is a weekly overview of my personal sports betting/trading results on teams from the Belgian Jupiler League, documenting my journey toward long-term profit with some insights on my overall approach.

The season is back on after the winter break, and week 21 was a rather mixed one. On the one side, I feel I made a lot of good calls, including Cercle Brugge, AA Gent, & Dender as the underdogs who all won straight up. At the same time, though, I was totally wrong on Club Brugge on Tuesday & Friday, which cost me just a bit too much, putting me down around 0.7 units. I still managed to bend that into a tiny bit of profit over the week which at the time I would have signed for but I'm still rather dissapointed that I didn't manage to get more out of this week.

Also in 2026, it remains a massive struggle of getting my stakes up with some confidence even though I'm in the green at 3.8 units after 21 weeks so i'm playing with 'house money'.

Pre-Game Preview Bets Season 2025-2026

I did have 1 official recommended bet on Dender at the +0.5 underdog on the corners in the 1st half against Antwerp which won outright with a 2-1 score but I wasn't as pleased with the way it went as I expected it to be easier honestly. I'll take the win though and certainly can't complain about that one. After 19 selective bets, they are now up 4.804 units on the season and I might loosen things uo a but with a couple more plays going forward. At the same time I won't go crazy and need to believe I have a big enough edge.

Season 2025-2026 Personal Betting Chart

The chart of the season continues to be a straight line up pretty much and the fact that I'm regularly hedging or middling bets in-game helps with that even though it probably gives away some of the overall edge. I like it when things go smooth though so I'm happy to keep going about it this way. I did get in over 5 units staked in total but that included 4 cup matches. I will try to push myself a bit this week to get this if possible to 6 or more without increasing the risk too much.

Just amazing that you keep recording a positive ROI over such a long time.
I didn't see the games of Brugge this weekend, didn't see any game at all. But that red card did kill their games and still even with 10 they didn't had to loose. I do think that lots of gamblers will lost money on that game and during that game.
