Week 19 was the week when I for the first time had a bigger position on a match where I felt the line was way off and where I was also willing to risk a full unit. I turned out to be on the right side both on the result and how the match looked as Antwerp vs Anderlecht ended in a 2-2 score. However, the odds continued to rise after I placed my bets which most of the time is not a good indication. I kind of wanted to bet a bit more but depending on how you look at it either kept my discipline or chickened out. Given that in many of the previous situations where I saw a bigger edge I was wrong I don't thing it was the bad choice.
I also started the week horribly with a streak of 12 losses and 3 Pushes while I showed some courage to up my average stake a bit. In Charleroi vs Genk, the match situation just went in the worst possible way as I was both on Genk & Genk on the corners which usually acts as somewhat of a hedge as when Genk gets behind it is very likely that the corners will win. However, in this case, Genk took the early lead in the 1st half followed by a flood of corners by Charleroi who didn't create much but still made the 1-1 late in the 1st half. In the 2nd half, this exact same scenario played out all over again. The only good thing is that I didn't lose any money as I had the +0 line on Genk and to be honest they also did not deserve to win.
Overall though, I managed to turn a point where I was at a -1.3 unit loss on the week against all expectations still into a +0.574 unit profit as the position which I already nearly fully put safe before Half Time provided over 1 full unit of profit.
Pre-Game Preview Bets Season 2025-2026
The 2 bigger bets that I had also made it as official bold highlighted bets in the previews and delivered some profit despite the fact that both had higher closing odds. The very selective strategy (kind of forced upon me) so far this season has paid off with a +18.58% ROI and 3.159 units on profit after 17 Bets. I already have 1 more bigger bet for week 20 and hope to maybe find another before going into the winter break.

Season 2025-2026 Personal Betting Chart
I was a bit dissapointed to see only 4.77 units staked last week but the fact that there were only league matches and no European or Cup action was a factor. I also did manage to up my average stake but there is still a lot of room to increase that more. The fact that I'm up 3.737 units on the season gives me a bit more room for risk even though I understand that it can go quickly. The variance was also quite high this week starting with a sharp downtrend followed by a big win. The main thing I want to see is the pink expected profit line have a steeper angle with the real made profit line staying above it.

Always nice to see back2back green weeks. Would be a blast if you could end the last week of the year also in green. Then you can recharge the batteries during the short winter break!
I'm not really feeling like I need to recharge at the moment (that is always easy when things are going as planned). Highly looking forward the the matches on Friday and Saturday. I did have a look at the schedule for the 10 week of the season that are left in 2026 and they are without any breaks. So by the end of the regular season I likely will be due for a break.
I'm just a casual fan who enjoys the games without any betting knowledge⚽❤️, so I really admire how you consistently make this profitable. Wishing you even stronger results soon 💪
