Super Rare Exposure!
Last time around, I wrote about how I got my first Super Rare Team and while I'm not competitive at the moment partly because I have no playing goalkeeper, I continue to keep an eye out on the market and expanded my collection with 2 more players. Almost nobody is buying or selling Super rare Jupiler League players it feels like at least in the lower price regions as the players on sale have been there for months now and only when something is offered at real dumping prices they tend to get picked up.

Since I only buy players that are at younger age and at values below 20€ while I'm limited in liquid funds as it's hard to get players sold at a decent value, not that much has changed. I added 2 more midfielers to my collection which now puts me at owning 9 Super Rare cards. The players that I bought are
Sattleberger for 11.32€ mostly as a speculation as Genk changed coach while Horosovsky made an outgoing transfer leaving either Sattleberger or Bangoura as the potential new defensive midfielder. He did initially get his chance but simply fell short and their coach switched to a system were neither Him or Bangoura is in the starting squad at the moment. At the age of 22 though, there is still plenty of time for him to get in a position where he is a starter somewhere and has a good streak.
Hyun-Seok Hong for 15.67€ which felt like a reasonable price given that he's 26 already. He came back to AA Gent and became a starter who put great perfromances on the pitch but this similar to the past doesn't often translate in great sorare scores. So it remains to be seen where it goes with him but I would say it's unlikely for him to out of nowhere become a real sorare star.

When it comes down to some of my already owned players, Degreef has become a starter for Anderlecht but only has good scores when he scores or gives an assist. Verschaeren also is in the team again and will be making a transfer to a lower ranked team in one of the major competitions next season. Both my defenders are starters at the moment with potential to have good scores and Reynolds is linked to a transfer to Genk which would be nice as a team that should suit him. Both Kana and Kouassi got injured which is one of the reasons why I bought some extra players. Lendfers is still 2nd goalkeeper for Stvv and with them doing this good, it's not likely for him to out of nowhere become the 1st choice.
Strong Results!
I've had some really strong results in the past months including a 4th spot in all-star rare which got me a Tier 2 Reward Card

Mediocre Rewards!
The #4 spot got me Mert Muldir which I managed to sell for just 4.74€ and I sold him just a bit too quickly as he went for more than double not shortly after.

I do manage to earn more Essence on a regular basis which got me to craft some cards but never have there been any jackpot drafts.
2025-2026 Reward Earings
So far, I managed to earn 22 in-season cards these past 25 weeks. The general values continue to go down though as the utility gets reduced each week they get closer to being dumped into classic. Trincão Rare which I managed to sell for 205€, right now goes for 128€, Vanaken Limited who went for 50€ is now at 16€. Lastly Arnold rare which I got 100€ for now goes for only 12€. So basically you need to treat these in-season cards as hot potatoes getting rid of them as quickly as possible if you earn them unless you actually can use them to win some cash prizes.

Conclusion
I continue to have fun with Sorare but unless you get super lucky, it is quite certain that you will end up losing money over time given that more cards are printed all the time which decreases their value while making the competition harder and harder. There is still a big enough player base that enjoys the game which keeps things running. It would be nice if at some point there would be a new hype again but I highly doubt that will happen.
