The cup will be played on Sunday so both Anderlecht and Club Brugge saw their matches be put earlier on Thursday already. Since it's a holiday they are played at 13:30 and 16:00.

There are 3 teams still in contention for the title and all of them have matters in their own hands if they win the 4 matches that are left.
Antwerp vs Anderlecht
Antwerp are a team that first managed to beat one of the top 3 teams last weekend with a 'lucky' win against Genk as they got a penalty that was too cheap while Genk was declined a clear penalty themselves. That said, it's not that Antwerp played a bad match and they have been picking up a bit of form still fighting for the 4th or 5th place. They are 5 points below Anderlecht and a win today would give them a proper chance against to get that 4th spot while a draw would put them (most likely) 3 points clear of AA Gent. In case of equal points Antwerp will finish above AA Gent. So a draw by no means would be a bad result for Antwerp today. Anderlecht has full priority on the cup match and will be resting some key players (Dolberg / Hazard / Ndiaye / Verschaeren) while they are missing Adryelson & Simic in defense. I'm quite sure that they would sign for a draw without any fatigue or injuries if they could today. So I kind of Expect Antwerp at home with their A-Squad (without Janssen who is injured) to be more willing to put in the energy and effort while Anderlecht might just try to keep things closed in the back and lure on the counters. In the last home match of Antwerp they played toward their own fans in the 1st half and were willing to go forward. They won their home 1st half corners against both Genk and Gent with 2-1 and 3-0 and I expect something similar today. I ended up taking 0.4 units on
Antwerp 1st Half +0 Corners @ 1.898. I also have a small lean on Antwerp +0 given the B-Squad Anderlecht situation but the line moved back after initially going down a bit which kind of spooks me. So I just stick to 0.1 unit on
Antwerp +0 @ 2.014 I also took a small crypto bet on the Antwerp 1H corners & a beer bet on Antwerp 1st corner @ 1.830.
Club Brugge vs AA Gent
Club Brugge is playing the cup match but the league I would say is more important so they are playing with their A-Sqaud aside from Onyedika who is suspended. While they have been good, they also failed against Union as they missed the chances that they did get. AA Gent has been in a horror streak with a 0-5 loss at home against Brugge and a 5-0 loss away against Anderlecht. This was followed by just a narrow 0-1 home loss against Anderlecht where it once again showed that AA Gent have a really hard time to score a goal. So far in these playoffs they only managed to get 1 goal in while they got 18 against. They are 3 points behind on the 5th place and depending if Antwerp wins or not kind of need 3 points. In the regular season they won against Club Brugge but it was a total hold up. My hope for this one was that Club Brugge would announce some rotation for the line to move to -1.5 but kind of the opposite happened as AA Gent is without some key players (Samoise / Lopez) while Vanaken who was in doubt will be ready. So my expectation of this match is that Brugge wants to finish it early and play control afterwards in economy mode. None of the odds right now tempt me even though I believe the -2 line won't be a losing bet. The best case scenario would be for AA Gent to somehow take the lead in this match but I don't see it happening. I will just wait and see what it brings in-game before possibly taking some bets.
