Learning for self and social improvement

The processes of learning and unlearning are processes every human must go through at some point in time because the day you stop learning, you start dying.
Growing up as a child, we used to sing the song "Que Sera, Sera" (Whatever Will Be, Will Be), but I have learned that for whatever would be to be, you have to make deliberate steps.
People often times, because they were told that they were going to be great, just sit down and do nothing, and in the end it seems like whoever told them that they would be great lied when in reality they didn't do what it takes to become great.
And this is because you don't stumble into greatness or success. Success is not an event, but it is an outcome of systematically following principles.
Based on my interest in agriculture, I have reached out to an agricultural organization that is currently into greenhouse setups and smart farm installation for an internship opportunity that will enable me to become grounded in precision agriculture.
Something I have also recently learned is the fact that in every field and industry that you are venturing into there are people who have gone ahead of you, and to make your journey fast and scalable, you have to build meaningful relationships with such kinds of people so that you will not make their mistakes.
I'm also currently venturing into data analysis for the purpose of gathering facts and data in the agricultural sector to help farmers make informed decisions.
As a matter of fact, one of my goals for the year 2026 was learning, and I have come to discover some things for myself, one of them also being the fact that not everybody whom you have been good to will be good to you.
I used to think that once you have been good to the person or a group of people or you rendered help to them, then they automatically should render help to you in time of need as well, but I have learned that not everyone you offer help to will help you in return.
As for unlearning, I am trying to unlearn not putting my event business out there because I have learned that aside from being good at what you do, you also have to be loud about it and be in the face of your customers.
And the aim of all this learning is to make sure I am able to apply the principles and lessons to improve my income and finances and be able to give my family and loved ones the kind of life they desire because I know there are people whose success is tied to mine.
At this point I will be signing out until I see you on my next post. This is my response to the #hl-w208e1 prompt.
Thank you for stopping by.

It is always good that we learn, unlearn and relearn. It's just natural as humans and most especially as we grow up to know what exactly we want in life.
