Social media often serves as a platform for political rants, influencer drama(most common), and the spread of negativity mostly affecting our generation now , which can create a sense of chaos and overwhelm.aginst us. Instead, they feel more present, centered, and grounded, more focused state of mind against their peers and family.

I decide to make more research on it and realized many people who tend to reduce social media increases productivity in some people while many people report a boost in creativity. Without the constant flow of content from social media, people start to tap into their own creativity. Instead of seeking inspiration from Facebook, tiktok or Instagram, they begin to create from their own imagination. Some explore new hobbies like reading, drawing, painting or writing, while others approach existing projects with fresh eyes. The brain, free from constant external distractions, is able to tap into its natural creativity, leading to new ideas and pursuits.

Social media has always been a market place filled with too many things that will take and waste time. It takes great discipline to be conscious of time when surfing the internet.
You are right about a lot of things here. Taking a break especially a very long break from social media helps to reset the mind and brain. You'd be shocked at how different you become after the break is over.
Sure they'd preach that social media is meant to connect everyone all around the world, and that is true, but it is also a way to keep people hooked to their phones and taking breaks helps to reset the mind.
