Patience is the key in Cryptocurrency
One month ago $WEN was airdropped to users who used Jupiter exchange on solana chain. Each eligible user got an airdrop allocation of 64300 $WEN . At the time of airdrop happened it was worth $50. Over 1 million users got $Wen allocation. The unclaimed wen was burnt after few days. The entire supply of wen is unlocked currently which makes it valuable.
Right now the wen airdrop is worth around $230. If you hold it then congrats you have the free money. Personally ,I did get wen airdrop but i sold early thinking that it will dip people like to dump free money and believe me it happened exactly. But guess Wen came back strong. I didnt hold it but did trade wen occasionally and earned some profit but its less than $230.
Wen started as memecoin but is now a strong project having holders and strong community. Wen has got grant from the solana ventures which is being used to expand wen ecosyatem. The grant shows that it is something which should not be ignored, wen is actually more than a memecoin.
Its not the first time that i have dumped and airdrop immediately after getting it. I have done same with $UNI , 1inch and $P00L coins And i did regret each time after selling them. Worse thing is that i couldn't learn lesson till now. Each airdrop that i dumped is worth a lot right now and i regret that. Sometimes i feel sorry for myself for not having patience.
One thing it teaches is that in crypto you need patience to be successful or we can say that crypto and patience are interconnected, you need to understand that to earn from crypto the most important factor which matter is patience.
Usually memecoins are considered harmful for crypto image but we cannot ignore the good memecoins whose teams are known and public. Really Appreciate the ones with strong vision and onboarding . Some of the memecoins projects have made their place in crypto. Thats just my opinion.
Cryptocurrency is expanding day by day which is good for everyone , we are still early adopters. If a project is helping to spread crypto vibes then it should be admired instead of criticism.
Coming back to the main topic , if you want to be rich in cryptocurrency then you need good patience but it also requires you to choose solid projects for investing. Before you choose a project for investment make sure the team is well known and is backed by some good companies.
The most important thing you should check is if the project has a good usecase. Now you maybe thinking that memecoins dont have use cases . Well, there are few who have solid usecases. Not all memecoins are useless. Some of them offer real life usecae such as paying for shopping. Well, you still needs to be careful when investing. Invest only what you can afford to lose.
