Do not Expect Big From Memecoins

Few days ago $WEN airdrop happened and i was lucky to be one of the eligible users. Similarly last night $MEME airdrop happened and guess i got lucky this time also. The only difference between the two is that $WEN airdrop was liquid while the $MEME airdrop can as staked.

Memecoin team airdropped $MEME to all the eligible participants in the staked form. No one was expecting staked $MEME but the team did a trick and gave surprise to everyone. Meme is available only in Ethereum network so it requires a $50 fee right now to unstake the airdrop and then it requires another fees to transfer to an exchange if you want to sell it.

The amount of the airdrop is around $125 at current price , there are a few users who may have got a little more than this amount. After doing these calculations its not worth to sell airdrop right now. The only good way is to keep the airdrop as staked and wait for the ethereum network fees to get low.

While the $Meme are staked on stakeland they will be earning steaks. Steaks
are the main element of the stakeland which will later be used to get new coins from different projects who will launch on Stakeland. The more usecases for the steaks will be announced in the future as told by the team.

After the meme airdrop announced people were scene criticizing the team for various reasons. Memecoin airdrop was the most awaited one as everyone was expecting a big reward because the team was taking much time to make it happen.

Remember that Over 4 million users participated in this airdrop and after filtering bots less than 1 million users got the airdrop. The process to filter the bots was quite a big headache for not only for the team but for the users also because team gave a few quests to users to prove them as real human.

The team actually played tricky and created hype for the project in the name of the airdrop. The homework they gave to the users and the airdrop amount doesnt seems fair to most of the users. Users have paid ethereum fees in the past to hold meme to become eligible for the airdrop.

Well , personally i think the airdrop amount is fine for me as i will wait for the fees to get low. Once the fees is lowered i will unstake and sell to book profit. I paid $5 fee to secure the airdrop quest. Even if i get $100 after fee cut then it will be still fine and profitable.

People were expecting a big airdrop which i doubt from the beginning as i knew that its just the hype which is created by the team. I think we should not expect too much from such kind of projects who revolves around memecoins .
