Splinterlands - Community Engagement Challenge - The Art of Synergy!!

Happy Tuesday and a great week to you all after a long weekend!!!

Yes, it was a good weekend with Ramadan falling on a Monday and that means, there were 3 continuous days of holiday!!

I hope you had a great weekend. It was a good one for me as took out family for a short trip vising some of the places planned to visit since a long time and it was a enjoyable break from work and family too enjoyed the break with kids already having vacation to school.

Coming back to this week's Community Engagement Challenge, this week it's a different challenge with challenge being Splinter Synergy meaning we are suppose to write about 2 or more combination of monster who work in synergy and bring out the best to get a win!!!

I have always been a fan of magic monsters and there is a combination of magic monsters who are literally unbeatable in little league battles and I win more than 90% of the battles.

So, here I go with one more time about a duo of monsters who are winners for me most of the time!!!

The battle I am explaining here is with just 15 MANA cost cap and that is why, I call it little league battle and it had rule sets like aim true and fog of war.

15 MANA cost cap meant, I can't use monsters with huge MANA cost and that led me using the monsters as I share below:

Lineup:

1. Chaos Agent:

When we play little league kind of battles, I always use this guy at the front, because, he escapes from the attack most of the time due to his abilities like dodge and phase and he is also capable of hitting back with backfire whenever a monster fails to hit it.

All in all, he is like a champion or we can mini dynamite.

2. Halfling Refugee:

Ever since I upgraded this guy to 3, he is one of the best guys for front position because of low MANA cost and healing agility and he gives 3 melee attack for just 1 MANA cost and what else we can ask from this guy? Isn't it?

I used him here as a backup front monster and the reason behind that is to protect the magic monsters I planned to use.

3. Fungus Fiend:

The Zero MANA cost monster with slow ability was used in the Third position just to slowdown the opposite side monsters.

4. Doctor Blight

The couple of magic monster I always boast off are the duo of Doctor Blight and Djinn Biljka.

The synergy between these Two monster is in such a way that, these 2 being camouflaged, won't be visible to the monsters unless these are fighting from front position and before these 2 move to front position, these will almost finish off the job if we can have 1 or 2 good monsters ahead of these.

This monster with abilities such as affliction, poison and scavenger will make it a must use.

With scavenger ability, it keep getting additional health when a monster dies and literally, it will have many health when the battle ends.

5. Djinn Biljka:

The Second monster with magic attack and also with camouflage ability is this monster of Djinn Biljka and for 3 MANA cost, it gives 3 magic attack and that increase to 4 if we use a summoner like Obsidian!!!

It is also with camouflage ability and it is also with weak ability to reduce the health by One before the battle begins and it is also with magic void ability, which makes it take lesser attack from magic monsters.

6. Acid Shooter:

Lastly, I used this lone ranged attack monster as it is one of those monsters with scatter attack ability and can throw poison and for 2 MANA cost, it gives 2 ranged attack.

I would say this is also part of the synergy attack as I use this monster too most of the time when I use Doctor Blight and Djinn Biljka.

That's about the lineup I used with the 15 MANA cost available for use including the summoner and those 2 magic monsters are the backbone of this attack and the front monster of Chaos Agent and all other monsters played their part in this win.

That is all I wanted to share in this blog and I am sure the theme for this week about synergy between 2 or more monsters is well justified with usage of these monsters.
