Small steps, big result
One life hack I’ve come to learn over time is that you don’t actually need to feel motivated before you start something. For the longest time, I used to wait until I was “in the mood” to do things, and I know some people here do too. Whether it was applying for jobs, cleaning, or even working on myself. I always told myself I would start when I felt ready. But the truth is, that perfect moment rarely came, and I ended up delaying plenty of things.
Things started to change when I realized that taking small steps, even when I don’t feel like it, is better than doing nothing whatsoever. Instead of waiting for motivation, I began to focus on just doing a little at a time. For example, when it comes to job searching, I don’t stress myself to do everything at once anymore. I just make sure I apply for at least one or two jobs each day as long as I have a little experience with it.Some days I have the energy to do more, and some days I don't, but at least I’ve done something, and that makes a difference to me.
Another life hack I’ve been using that has really worked for me is breaking things into smaller parts. I used to feel overwhelmed whenever I had a big task in front of me. It would look so serious that I wouldn’t even know where to start. One example is when I started working newly at my current place, I was always burning out and exhausted. Every time I got home, my mom's neighbors would be asking me if I were sick because of how pale I would be looking. I was losing weight without actually wanting to at all.

One day I told myself I need to find a means to ease the workload; if not, I might faint one day or slump. So I came up with the idea of asking them to submit their plans for the day, and someone will follow me to carry whatever they need. Now, I just divide it into smaller steps and take them one by one. It makes everything feel lighter and more doable. Even with something as simple as cleaning in the house, I don’t try to do everything in one go anymore; I just handle one area at a time.
This way of doing things has honestly changed a lot for me. I’ve become more consistent, and I don’t procrastinate as much as I used to. I also feel less pressure because I’m no longer trying to be perfect or do everything at once. Little progress now means a lot to me, and it keeps me going. It has also helped me mentally. I feel calmer when I approach things this way because I know I can handle them step by step. Before, I would get so angry or aggressive whenever I was overwhelmed; I might even start crying at times, but I don’t panic like before when I see numerous things to do. Instead, I just start somewhere, no matter how small. Instead, instead I finish it the next day if I am tired.
Overall, this is a life hack! Has taught me that consistency is more important than motivation. I don’t have to do everything in one day, and I don’t have to feel ready before I begin anything. I just start small, stay consistent, and with time, I will see how much progress I have made.

Thank❤️ you for stopping by my blog.
I once experienced exhaustion at one point in my life, believe me, it wasn't a pleasant experience. The reason was that I tried to take on a huge task without taking it bit by bit because I was in a hurry to get it done.
It is then I realize that our mind needs time to process things while we are taking baby steps, it reduces the chances of error and burn out
My dear, if you see me that time. I was sick but not sick
