Quality over quantity anytime

Food they say is life, without food can we survive, I know you are going to say water too but even if you drink only water, your stomach and body will not stop reminding you that you have not eaten and when you don't eat, you tend to loose weight.

When it comes to food, both quantity and quality are important, but majority of people this day consume whatever they see because they don't have the money to go for quality but quantity first, it's now the survival of the fittest.

Although most people have there reason for going for quantity. Like a wheelbarrow needs enough food to meet his daily caloric that will help him get energy and sustained him in his line of work likewise bricklayer, carpenters.

When you talk of quality, children and aging people needs it more, it doesn't mean that the rest of us doesn't need it, letting them consume high-quality, nutrient-dense foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains of lean proteins, and healthy fats provides essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidant that their body need for them to stay healthy

I love quality over quantity because , it better my food is small and I have the nutrients that my body needs than for me to eat quantity and no single nutrients inside. Another thing if I must eat in quantity let it be a balance diet.

I love eating in a small portion but due to the nature of my job currently, it's now quantity I eat cause most of the time , I climb staircase up and down for more than 5 times in a day.

I like eat heavy food in the morning and afternoon for days I eat in the morning but you see in the night , I prefer light food, so it can digest well before my bed time, most time I eat vegetables and fruits like carrots, apple, cucumber and pawpaw as dinner, am equally watching my weight, although not on a weight lose.

If am going to eat my breakfast, it's should be around eight to nine am and lunch should be around one to two pm, then dinner before 8:30 pm, i should have eaten my last meal for the day that use to be my routine but not anymore cause at time when I close work I will be very hungry that fruits and vegetables can't hold the hunger.

What I do this day is to drink hibiscus tea after meal or cinnamon tea to help aid digestion and reduce cholesterol

Remember, it's not just about having enough food; it's about having the right food for optimal health and well-being.

Your eating habits are not bad.
Your choice on quality is indeed great.

the body needs food to function well. When I saw your timing, I got challenged because I eat randomly, anytime I am hungry and I see food, I feast. Maybe I should work on

Food and water are both important to the human body and they actually work hand in hand since the visy cannot do without both.
