Gosh sister, what a year you've had! That sounds super difficult. I'm so glad you have Her as a friend nearby to support you through these challenges. I wish I could do more than give you an upvote, drop some tokens and send some love from afar. But something is better than nothing.

I've been mostly well. I did get a dreadful flu about a month ago but that was, by far, the worst health issue this year so I'm very lucky. We managed to travel a bit to Asia this year as well and that was wonderful.
