Balance diet: the secret of a healthy health

Hi everyone in participation in this community healthy bees and those whom have contributed so much for a widely establishment of this community that focus on the well-being of a humanity I acknowledge you all.
Many have done more than good to there heath due to unbalanced diet taking consecutively every day.
Then it came to my mind today to write to us concerning the importance of balance diet every man should take to keep the body healthy.

First what is balance diet, a diet that contains the six classes of food namely carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, mineral salts fat and oil and water, and another discovered one called roughages, it have been scientifically proven and accepted that every diet should contain the classes of food could be in a micro or macro quantities , bringing this classes of food to our understanding and to there functions in the body i.e

Carbohydrates and protein

Carbohydrates are mostly found in our daily foods like yams, rice and other and play an important role in man inter system to give energy for work when digest to form glucose while protein play a role to repair a dead or woreout tissue

Vitamins and minerals

This is very essential to human health taking the responsibility to fight against bacteria in human internal organs, this part of foods keep the body Free from bacteria that causes sickness.

Lipids and water

Lipids known as fat and oil also give a small energy in man and can be found in avocado, meat and some nuts and water that helps the body temperature and transport digested food to the cell of the body and

Roughages

This are fiber that can found in fruit like oranges and other fruit, the intake of roughages keep the body in absence of constipation and also it helps in food digestion, but roughages is not mainly among the first six classes of food.
The intake of this food have been discovered scientifically to make the body strong, and able to fight aganist bacteria,when your diet are balanced.
