Un sabroso asado para pasar el domingoºººººA tasty barbecue to spend Sunday

Hola a todos, despues de pasar unos dias increibles y por supuesto este tambien lo es por el solo hecho de degustar una sabroso asado, el cual es acompañado con una excelente ensalada de lechuga, tomate, cebolla y zanahoria, condimentada con aceite de oliva y sal a gusto y referente al asado, el mismo se trata de costilla de asado de carne de res y chorizo casero de carne de res.

Ablando de asado, como el mismo es un poco cargado de colesterol o sea de grasa, sabemos que la misma si la cocinamos asi sale mejor dicha carne, pero para mi gusto, siempre la quito lo mayor posible, por mas que dicho asado no salga igual.

Para empesar esta ves cambie de parrilla, el cual como se ve en la foto, se trata de la mitad de un tanque de 200 litros, al que le agregue la parrilla, encendi el fuego en este caso, carbon vegetal y lo primero que coloque a la misma luego de que se encendiera las brasas, fue el chorizo casero,

Luego con dicho chorizo agregue tambien las tiras de asado, por supuesto cortado en trozos mas pequeños y sin mucha grasa, de esa manera se cosina mas rapido y sale mas sabroso.

Como bien les comente que de esta manera, dicho asado se cocina mucho mas rapido,, como pueden ver ya lo di vuelta y ahora si con menos brasa lo dejo que se termine de cocinar lentamente asi sale bien jugoso.

Para eso mientras dicho asado se termina de cocinar preparo la ensalada, la cual como bien les comente, tiene lechuga, zanahoria rallada, tomate cortado en julianas, aceite de oliva, sal a gusto y limon.

La verdad amigos despues de varios dias, que mejor que compartir un excelente asado en familia o sea como este y por ser domingo que mejor que degustarlo todos juntos.

Talking about the asado, as it is a little bit loaded with cholesterol or fat, we know that if we cook it this way the meat comes out better, but for my taste, I always remove as much as possible, even if the asado does not come out the same.

To start this time I changed the grill, which as you can see in the picture, is half of a 200 liter tank, to which I added the grill, I lit the fire in this case, charcoal and the first thing I put on it after the embers were lit, was the homemade chorizo,

Then with this chorizo I also added the asado strips, of course cut into smaller pieces and without much fat, that way it cooks faster and comes out tastier.

As I told you that this way, the roast cooks much faster, as you can see I already turned it over and now with less ember I let it finish cooking slowly so it comes out very juicy.

While the roast finishes cooking I prepare the salad, which as I mentioned, has lettuce, grated carrot, tomato cut in julienne, olive oil, salt to taste and lemon.

The truth friends after several days, what better than to share an excellent barbecue with the family or like this and for being Sunday, what better than to enjoy it all together.

Roasted meat is less cholesterol and therefore very good kind of meat.
