Sopa con verdura, pollo y fideoºººººSoup with vegetables, chicken and noodles

Hola a todos, la verdad amigos que debido a las bajas temperaturas que se estan gestando en estos dias, lo agradable concidero en preparar para el almuerzo una rica sopa con pollo, verduras y fideo para preparar la misma es de la siguiente manera, agrego la olla en la cocina, se le vierte un poco de aceite, luego cebolla y ajo bien picado, luego la carne de pollo, la dejo que se cocine un poco, luego al notar que la misma esta casi cocinada, le agrego agua caliente y revuelvo bien todo.

Luego le agrego las verduras que ya as tengo preparadas, siendo las mismas, zanahoria, zapallo, gabansos y papas, nuevamente vuelvo a revolver muy bien todo y le agrego agua si falta.

Como se puede ver en la fotografia amigos, ya dicha sopa esta en plena elaboracion, para eso dejo la olla tapada para que se hiera muy todo, las verduras el pollo, para despues de eso.

Recien agregar el fideo y nuevamente revolver muy despacio todo para que no se formen grumos con el mismo, asi que una ves que dicho fideo esta cocinado, apago el fuego y dejo la olla tapada unos instantes, para que se asiente bien todo.

Lo que hago una ves que esta todo bien cocinado, quito de la olla, pollo, verduras y un poco del caldo y lo agregoi en la licuadora, una ves que esta bien batido todo, lo sirvo con el fideo, la verdad amigos muy sabroso, porque queda mas espesa.

As you can see in the picture friends, this soup is already in full elaboration, for that I leave the pot covered to boil everything, the vegetables and the chicken, for after that.

Just add the noodles and again stir everything very slowly so that no lumps are formed with it, so once the noodles are cooked, I turn off the heat and leave the pot covered for a few moments, so that everything settles well.

What I do once everything is well cooked, I remove from the pot, chicken, vegetables and a little of the broth and add it in the blender, once everything is well blended, I serve it with the noodle, the truth is very tasty friends, because it is thicker.
