Sopa con abundante verdura y carne de resºººººSoup with plenty of vegetables and beef

Hola a todos, al comenzar la semana observando y caminando por mi bello jardin, contemplando toda su belleza, que tambien es muy bueno para variar todo el tema de la cocina, pero sabiendo que la misma me agrada mucho, entonces que mejor que preparar una buena sopa, con vastante verduras y con carne de res, al que le agregue una taza de ramel, que la verdad salio excelente.

Para todo esto al comenzar agregue la olla en la hornalla de la cocina, le verti un poco de aceite y luego la carne de res antes mencionada, siendo la misma caracu o puchero.

Una ves que dicha carne toma un color dorado o sea se cocino un poco, a la que le agregue sal a gusto, cebolla y ajo, luego agregue un poco de agua caliente y las verduras que se pueden ver, siendo las mismas batata, zapallo, papa, zanahoria y zapallito tronco, pero con un detalle que las mismas se las corteo en trozos muy grandes, el motivo de esto es que para aquellos comenzales, que les agrada el pure, lo puedan hacer con las mismas.

Al notar que todo comenzo a hervir muy bien, las deje hasta que estuviera todo bien blando, para despues agregarle el ramel, que seria la parte de la sopa.

Bueno todo va en gusto de cada uno en degustar carne con pure de verduras varias o un buen plato de sopa, que la verdad me salio excelente.

Once the meat takes a golden color or cooked a little, to which I added salt to taste, onion and garlic, then add a little hot water and vegetables that can be seen, being the same sweet potato, pumpkin, potato, carrot and zucchini trunk, but with a detail that they are cut into very large pieces, the reason for this is that for those beginners, who like the pure, they can do it with the same.

When I noticed that everything began to boil very well, I left them until everything was very soft, and then add the ramel, which would be the part of the soup.

Well, it's up to each one's taste to enjoy meat with pureed vegetables or a good bowl of soup, which I really enjoyed.
