Protejiendo los bordes de la terraza, por mi nieto SALEMºººººProtecting the edges of the terrace, by my grandson Salem.

Hola a todos, como lo han podido apreciar y verlo en mis publicaciones, en donde siempre y cuando pueda es de mi agrado hacer de todo y teniendo en cuenta eso, SI LO HACEMOS CON AMOR Y PERSEVERANCIA, LAS COSAS SIEMPRE SALEN BIEN, por ejemplo a modo de prevencion por mi nieto SALEM el cual se sube a la terraza y para evitar que el mismo le suseda algo o sea para que no pase nada, es que levante estas tres hileras de ladrillo hueco alrededor de la misma, quedando como lo pueden ver ustedes.

Siempre para comenzar a levantar una pared de ladrillos, lo escencial es preparar la mescla o paston, el cual contiene medio balde de cemento, 2 baldes de cal comun y cinco baldes de arena.

Su elaboracion consiste en mesclar bien todo, para luego agregarle agua, teniendo en cuenta que si agregamos agua demas sale muy blando, asi que lo justo y necesario, quedando dicha mescla como se ve en la fotografia.

Lo siguiente amigos es sacar bien el nivel, luego preparar los calandros, que seria donde va atado el hilo, el cual se puede ver, hace que de esa manera la pared quede bien derecha.

A medida que vamos levantando dicha pared, una ves que agrego la mescla, luego los ladrllos antes mencionados, despues de secarce un poco, le paso el escobillon para que quede mas estetico.

Como lo pueden ver amigos, es de mi agrado hacer de todo y uno de mis quehaceres preferido es la albañeleria, es una herencia porque lo hacia mi abuelo, mi padre y ahora lo hago yo.

Lo mas lindo que existe es hacer o construir un hogar uno mismo y como les dije referente a pasarle el escobillon que mas estetico y asi es mejor si luego rebocamos dicha pared.

Buno solamente me resta llenar lo que seria las columnas, una ves agregado el hierro ya esta, la finalidad de todo esto es para seguridad de los nietos, tambien una ves pintado toda la terraza, se la puede disfrutar por las noches o para tomar un poco de sol.

Hello everyone, as you may have noticed in my posts, whenever I can I enjoy doing everything, and with that in mind, IF WE DO IT WITH LOVE AND PERSEVERANCE, THINGS ALWAYS TURN OUT WELL. For example, as a preventive measure for my grandson Salem, who climbs onto the terrace, I raised these three rows of hollow bricks around it to ensure nothing happens to him, as you can see.

To start building a brick wall, the essential step is to prepare the mortar, which consists of half a bucket of cement, two buckets of common lime, and five buckets of sand.

Its preparation consists of mixing everything well, then adding water, keeping in mind that if you add too much water it will be too soft, so just the right amount is needed, leaving the mixture as shown in the photograph.

Next, friends, is to get the level right, then prepare the calandros—that’s where the string is tied, which you can see—so that the wall ends up perfectly straight.

As we build that wall, once I’ve added the mortar and the aforementioned bricks, after it’s dried a bit I run a broom over it to make it look more esthetically pleasing.

As you can see, friends, I enjoy doing everything, and one of my favorite chores is bricklaying—it’s a family tradition, since my grandfather and father did it, and now I do it too.

The best thing there is is building a home yourself, and as I told you about running the broom over it—it’s more esthetically pleasing that way, and it’s even better if we then plaster that wall.

Well, all that’s left for me is to fill in the columns; once the iron is in place, it’s done. The whole point of this is for the grandkids’ safety, and once the entire terrace is painted, you can enjoy it at nite or soak up some sun.
