Preparando sobre la carga antigua, para armar la nueva|||||Preparing on the old load, to assemble the new one

Hola a todos, nuevamente con la construcción a pleno, como bien saben comencé por la parte de las habitaciones y la cocina, pero la verdad, como llovió un poco, me hizo reflexionar referente al techo, porque se presentaron varias goteras, así que la único opción es cambiar las chapas del techo, pero el detalle es el siguiente, si se quita la carga que es la parte en donde cierra los bordes del techo, sellando las chapas que son parte del techo.

Deduciendo el trabajo futuro o sea para cambiar las chapas de dicho techo, llegue a la conclusión que en ves de quitar o sea picar toda la carga de los bordes del techo, he decidido agregar mas altura en la parte de arriba para darle mas caída al techo, entonces agregue la pared sobre la carga anterior, dejando a la vista los agujeros donde se colocaría los tirantes para clavar dichas chapas.

Esta fotografía la he quitado de la parte de arriba, hacia abajo, por eso es menos la pared en esa parte y como pueden ver justo en ese momento, cruza dicho techo la mascota, saltando el mismo.

También lo ideal es aconsejable dejar respiradero, buen en este caso son dos juntos, su función es para que circule el aire entre el cielorraso y el techo, mas cuando llega la época de verano que es donde el sol calienta mas y por ende hace mucho mas calor.

Como pueden ver esas aberturas que deje como bien dije es para colocar los tirantes, luego se los amura bien con material o sea mescla de cemento y arena, para que los mismos queden bien fijos y por supuesto las chapas bien clavadas y mejor.

Después de todo esto lo siguiente es quitar los clavos de las chapas, con la amoladora cortar las mismas todo alrededor, quitarlas, subir y amurar los tirantes y terminar de armar el techo nuevo.

Deducing the future work or to change the plates of the roof, I came to the conclusion that instead of removing or chopping all the load from the edges of the roof, I decided to add more height at the top to give more fall to the roof, then I added the wall above the previous load, leaving in sight the holes where the suspenders would be placed to nail the plates.

This picture I have removed it from the top, downwards, so it is less wall in that part and as you can see just at that moment, the pet crosses the roof, jumping over it.

Also the ideal is advisable to leave a vent, well in this case there are two together, its function is to circulate the air between the ceiling and the roof, but when the summer season comes where the sun heats more and therefore it is much hotter.

As you can see these openings that I left as I said is to place the suspenders, then the material is well amurated with a mixture of cement and sand, so that they are well fixed and of course the sheets well nailed and better.

After all this the next thing to do is to remove the nails from the plates, with the grinder cut them all around, remove them, raise and fasten the suspenders and finish assembling the new roof.
