Pollo al horno , verduras y fideoºººººBaked chicken, vegetables and noodles

Hola a todos, como bien saben amigos de esta grandiosa plataforma social, referente a mi manera de cocinar, siempre la prioridad es la ensalada o sea mucha verdura, la misma es indispensable para nuestro organismo, por supuesto lo bien que nos hace la misma, pero en este caso aparte de la verdura tambien combino pollo al horno, como dije con la ensalada de verduras y fideo con queso.

Asi que para empesar lo que lleva mas tiempo, como pueden ver en esta fotografia, seria el pollo, el cual una ves bien condimentado, colocado en una fuente, en este caso pizera, a la que antes le agrego un poco de grasa vegetal, luego el pollo y lo llevo al horno de la cocina, luego de cocinarce de un lado lo doy vuelta quedando como vemos en esta foto.

Lo siguiente el fideo en este caso el mismo se trata de tallarin verde, lo primero es colocar la olla sobre la hornalla de la cocina, luego agregarle agua caliente, cuando esta hirviendo le agrego un poco de aceite y sal a gusto, luego el fideo antes mencionado y revuelvo lentamente y dejo para que se termine de cocinar.

Una ves cocinado y colado el mismo, le agrego como pueden ver el queso fresco o blando, luego lo mesclo bien, tratando de no dejar que se formen grumos, para despues servirnos con la ensalada y el pollo.

L ensalada antes mencionada, la misma contiene, pepino cortado en julianas, tomate y repollo blanco cortado en hebras muy finas, para despues condimentar con aceite de oliva y sal a gusto, todo un manjar.

Hello everyone, as you well know friends of this great social platform, regarding my way of cooking, always the priority is the salad or a lot of vegetables, the same is essential for our body, of course how good it makes us the same, but in this case apart from the vegetables I also combine baked chicken, as I said with the vegetable salad and noodles with cheese.

So to start what takes more time, as you can see in this picture, would be the chicken, which once well seasoned, placed in a dish, in this case pizzeria, to which before I add a little vegetable fat, then the chicken and take it to the oven of the kitchen, after cooking on one side I turn it over as shown in this picture.

Next is the noodle in this case the same is green noodle, the first thing is to place the pot on the cooker, then add hot water, when it is boiling I add a little oil and salt to taste, then the noodle mentioned above and stir slowly and leave it to finish cooking.

Once it is cooked and strained, I add the fresh or soft cheese as you can see, then I mix it well, trying not to let lumps form, and then serve it with the salad and chicken.

The aforementioned salad contains cucumber cut into julienne strips, tomato and white cabbage cut into very fine strands, and then seasoned with olive oil and salt to taste, a delicacy.
