Hola a todos,la verdad amigos es bueno no ser constantes en la manera de cocinar o sea me refiero a que siempre hablar de una comida liviana, bueno por ejemplo en el post anterior como lo pudieron ver y leer, referente a los chorizos caseros con ensalada y a veces una comida con muchos nutrientes, en esta ocacion dicha comida es referente a la carne blanca o sea pollo al horno, con una ensalada la cual contiene, remolacha, zanahoria, cebolla y huevo, tambien papas fritas.

Como les decia referente al pollo al horno, el cual para cocinarlos, tome una bandeja en este caso de pizza, a la que le pase un poco de mantequilla, luego agregue el pollo, condimentado en su totalidad y sal a gusto, para llevarlo al horno, en donde se cocino a una temperatura media, asi salio bien jugoso y bien cocinado.

Referente a la ensalada, la misma comence con rallar la zanahoria, cortar bien la cebolla, la remolacha y huevo hervido cortado en trozos pequeños, todo esto condimentado en su totalidad con aceite de oliva un poco de limon y sal a gusto.

Como les decia es muy bueno no ser constante en una manera de cocinar, si no y en la medida que se pueda hacerlo como esta, a veces pescado, otras veces, carne roja, carne blanca y tambien pastas, lo bueno es que dichas comidas salgan muy bien y sobre todo sabrosas.

As I was saying about the baked chicken, to cook it, I took a pizza pan, spread a little butter on it, then added the chicken, seasoned it thoroughly and salted it to taste, and put it in the oven, where it cooked at a medium temperature, so it came out juicy and well cooked.

As for the salad, I started by grating the carrot, finely chopping the onion, beetroot, and boiled egg, and cutting them into small pieces. I then dressed everything with olive oil, a little lemon juice, and salt to taste.

As I was saying, it's very good not to be consistent in one way of cooking, but rather to do it as you can, sometimes fish, other times red meat, white meat, and also pasta. The good thing is that these meals turn out very well and, above all, tasty.
