Pollo al horno, con arrozm tomate y mandiocaºººººBaked chicken with rice, tomato and cassava
Hola a todos los amigos de esta excelente plataforma social, como mencione en otras publicaciones referente a las fiestas y lo bueno que es cocinar y degustar el pollo, como para este almuerzo el cual se trata de pata y muslo, acompañado con arroz, tomate, zapallo y mandioca o yucam la verdad muy sabroso todo.
Iara empesar a cocinar todo esto, lo hago de la siguiente manera, a cada pata u muslo los separamos, para agregarlos separado en dos bandejas, tanbien voy preparando la cebolla.
En esta bandeja agrego la parte del muslo con la cadera, el zapallo y ajo, con sal a gusto.
En esta otra bandejam agrego lo que seria el muslo, bueno previo agregar los pollos le paso un poco de aceite, tambien agrego zapallo, ajo y sal a gusto.
Lo siguiente es preparar la cebolla, la cual una ves cortada, la enjuago con agua casi caliente, para que salga lo que seria el acido y asi queda mas sabrosa.
Despues de todo esto dicha cebolla una ves enjuagada la agrego arriba de los pollos de cada una de las bandejas, un poco de condimento y listo.
Luego llevo dichas bandejas al horno de la cocina, en donde las cocinaria a una temperatura media, para que salga bien cocinado tanto el pollo como el resto de las verduras.
Como vemos amigos, la bandeja de cadera y muslo que dicha carne es un poco mas gruesa y con la verduras mencionadas arriba, la coloco en la parte de arriba y la otra de patas con la verduras arriba en la parte de abajo y asi se cocina todo muy bien.

In this tray I add the part of the thigh with the hip, the pumpkin and garlic, with salt to taste.
In this other tray I add what would be the thigh, well before adding the chickens I add a little oil, I also add pumpkin, garlic and salt to taste.
The next thing is to prepare the onion, which once cut, I rinse it with almost hot water, so that the acid comes out and it is tastier.
After all this, once the onion is rinsed, I add it on top of the chickens in each of the trays, a little seasoning and that's it.
Then I take these trays to the oven, where I will cook them at a medium temperature, so that the chicken and the rest of the vegetables will be well cooked.
As we can see friends, the tray of hip and thigh that the meat is a little thicker and with the vegetables mentioned above, I place it on the top and the other one of legs with the vegetables on the bottom and so everything is cooked very well.
