LLego el gran momento la cena de gala de la P 47 I.M.ºººººThe big moment arrived, the P 47 I.M. gala dinner.

Hola a todos, siempre en ocaciones como esta, lo que mas esperamos es la cena de gala, con esto quiero decir, que se trata de la finalidad de nuestro encuentro, porque la realidad es esa, en cambio las otras comidas se tratan de las previas, de entrada amigos, estos bocaditos, como se ve estos se tratarian de tostadas de pan con escabeche de pollo.

Tambien otras variedades, como esta que serian tostadas, pero en este caso es con queso rokefor, crema, todo bien mesclado, la verdad salio muy sabroso.

Ablando de escabeche, en este caso no deberia de faltar, la escabeche de berengenas, con un adorno de norron o locote clor rojo cortado en tiras.

En esta fotografia seria los mismos ingredientes pero con el detalle de que la parte de arriba tiene locote, morron color amarillo cortado en tiras.

Estas tostadas son con tomate y huevo, bien condimentadas, la verdad muy sabrosas.

La bandeja de fiambre sobresalio, la misma contenia, jamon crudo, queso de maquina, salame de milan, jamon cocido y aceitunas verdes y negras.

El primer plato pollo al grille con zapallito hervido y condimentado, una comida especial.

En cambio el segundo plato, se trataria de bife de chorizo con papas cortadas en daditos con salsa de barbacoa.

Alguna de las tantas mesas esperando que se sirva la comida, todo un momento de mucha alegria, la mayoria de mis hermanos de la vida concurrieron con su esposa.

Lo que mas me lleno de nostalgia fue tener frente a mi en donde me sente, una souvenir, tratandose el mismo del FARO- DE PUNTA MOGOTES- MAR DEL PLATA, en donde se hallaba nuestra escuela de INFANTERIA DE MARINA.

Hello everyone, always in occasions like this, what we expect the most is the gala dinner, with this I mean, that it is the purpose of our meeting, because the reality is that, instead the other meals are about the previous ones, friends, these snacks, as you see these would be about bread toasts with pickled chicken.

Also other varieties, like this one that would be toast, but in this case is with rokefor cheese, cream, all well mixed, the truth came out very tasty.

Speaking of escabeche, in this case it should not be missing, the escabeche of aubergines, with a garnish of red norron or locote clor cut in strips.

In this picture it would be the same ingredients but with the detail that the top has locote, yellow morron cut in strips.

These tostadas are with tomato and egg, well seasoned, very tasty indeed.

The tray of cold cuts stood out, it contained, prosciutto, machine cheese, milan salami, cooked ham and green and black olives.

The first course is chicken grilled with boiled and seasoned zucchini, a special meal.

The second course, on the other hand, would be steak with diced potatoes and barbecue sauce.

One of the many tables waiting for the food to be served, a moment of great joy, most of my brothers in life attended with their wives.

What filled me with nostalgia was to have in front of me where I sat, a souvenir, being the same of the LIGHTHOUSE- PUNTA MOGOTES- MAR DEL PLATA, where our INFANTERIA DE MARINA school was located.
