Guisado con fideo macarron con carne de resºººººStew with macaroni and beef macaroni noodles

Hola a todos, existen momentos que me alegro por mi mismo, esos momentos son cuando preparo para el amuerzo una comida como la publicacion anterior, basada solamente en verduras en su totalidad, pero les tengo que confesar amigos que los guisado sea como sea, son una comidad muy tradicional, no solamente eso si no que es muy tradicional el de degustar un buen plato de guisado, cocinado a lo tradicional nomas, como el que se puede ver en esta fotografia.

Para preparar dicho guisado, es mi costumbre en agregar una olla en la hornalla de la cocina, luego se le agrega un poco de aceite, cebolla, cortada en julianas, ajo, sal a gusto y en este caso la carne de res cortada en trozos pequeños, para guisado.

A medida que se va cocinando muy bien todo, por supuesto que seria la carne lo principal, despues de eso le agrego a dicha olla agua caliente, tomates bien maduros y papa cortada en trozos no mu grandes.

Una ves que al notar que la carne esta blanda y el resto casi cocinado, le agrego un mas de agua caliente, revuelvo bien despacio y le agrego el fideo antes mencionado, mesclando muy bien todo, tapando la olla para que se termine de cocinar bien todo.

Cuando notamos que el fideo esta blando, por lo general dejo la olla tapada uns minutos para que se asiente bien lo cocinado y por supuesto que despues de este proceso al comenzar a degustar dicho guisado, sinceramente nunca queda nada en la olla jajajaja.

To prepare this stew, it is my custom to add a pot on the stove, then add a little oil, onion, cut into julienne strips, garlic, salt to taste and in this case the beef cut into small pieces, for stew.

As everything is cooking very well, of course the meat would be the main thing, after that I add to the pot hot water, ripe tomatoes and potato cut into pieces not too big.

Once I notice that the meat is soft and the rest is almost cooked, I add more hot water, stir slowly and add the noodles mentioned above, mixing everything well, covering the pot to finish cooking everything well.

When we notice that the noodle is soft, I usually leave the pot covered for a few minutes so that it settles well cooked and of course after this process to begin to taste the stew, honestly there is never anything left in the pot hahahaha.
